Very tastefully furnished holiday apartment in a very quiet location.
Nothing was missing; we felt very comfortable. The landlords were very nice, and we would be happy to return.

Very pleasant stay
This vacation rental is very large and cozy. It has everything you need. The apartment is very well heated in all rooms, you have Wi-Fi, a large television, and the kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom is also very comfortable with a bathtub and shower. We particularly liked the peace and quiet. The apartment is located in a villa district, yet very close to the city. Nearby is the tram stop to the city center, which is easily accessible with just a few stops. Contacting the landlord works very well and he is very friendly. Thank you for the wonderful days!

Cold basement apartment / Not suitable for cold season.
Located below ground level. Cold in February. Therefore, cozy TV watching is not possible. Not properly preheated. Saves on heating. Could only stay one night. Charged 66 euros for two workers for one night without breakfast. Price I find to be way too high. End cleaning or not. No designated parking space for cars or vans in front of the door. Long search for parking. Furnishings, the essentials are there, but set up in an uncomfortable way. Windows cannot be pulled down for a basement apartment with regard to showering opaque.

bei uns zu Gast. Größe, Preis, Ausstattung, Lage usw. der FeWo waren Ihnen daher bekannt. Wenn Sie sich, wie Ihrer Bewertung zu entnehmen, bei uns so unwohl gefühlt haben, verstehe ich nicht, warum Sie sich nicht eine andere Wohnung gesucht haben. Das dürfte zu dieser Jahreszeit kein Problem gewesen sein. Zudem betragen die Kosten für eine Übernachtung und 2 Personen 55,- € und nicht wie von Ihnen behauptet 66,-€. Auch liegt die FeWo weder „unter dem Erdreich“, noch wird an der Heizung gespart. Obwohl zu der Ferienwohnung normalerweise kein Parkplatz gehört, hatte ich Ihnen gestattet, auf einem Hausbewohner-Parkplatz zu parken. Diesen haben Sie auch während Ihres Aufenthaltes genutzt.
Daher ist Ihre Bewertung für mich völlig unverständlich.

Large apartment with small flaws
The apartment is really generously sized and quite nicely furnished. To our surprise - because nowhere mentioned - it is located in the well, basement. That's where the first "flaw" is: it was impossible to read anywhere nicely during the day or night, i.e. the necessary lighting for this location was missing. The bathroom was wonderful, but there were no options at all to hang towels, not a single hook or rod anywhere. And in the kitchen, we found the equipment with pans and pots in need of renewal and supplementation, at least if one really wants to cook! But otherwise: nice apartment!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Den Zoo hört man draussen, er ist gleich dort. Kurzer Weg zur Strassnbahn und dadurch gehts recht flott in die Innenstadt.
free time activities: Alles was Halle so zu bieten hat.
shopping facilities: Schwierig, es empfiehlt sich Vorratshaltung oder ein längerer Spaziergang.
