Description

Modernly equipped holiday home (semi-detached) for a relaxing family vacation in an idyllic holiday resort on the Oste.

Special highlights include the new sauna (infrared), which is integrated into the house for exclusive use, and the very large kitchen. This is modern and equipped with everything you need for cooking together. Washing up is quickly done thanks to the dishwasher.

There is a large dining area either in the kitchen or in the living room, whichever you prefer. On cold days you can light the fireplace and enjoy cozy warmth. On the huge living area, you can end the evening with the family. On the ground floor there is a guest toilet, and on the upper floor there is a larger bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. There are also 2 large bedrooms on the upper floor with a total of 6 beds. Another sofa bed is located in the living room.

The terrace is equipped with garden furniture. There is also a grill. The property is fenced.

Idyllic holiday resort, village surroundings. No mass tourism and yet plenty to experience. Private vacation at affordable prices in a large holiday home.

It is about 150 meters to the Oste. And only 3 km to the health resort Wingst. 25 km to the North Sea spa Otterndorf.

Spend a relaxing holiday in the resort town of Oberndorf on the Oste. Treat yourself to a break from the hectic everyday life.

You will stay in about 100 sqm of living space. You can prepare your own meals in the well-equipped kitchen. A 4-burner ceramic cooktop (plus warming plate) with oven and also a microwave are available to you. To prepare your morning coffee, a coffee maker (filter) is provided. A toaster and kettle are also available. The dishwasher takes care of the washing up. Of course, there is also a refrigerator and a freezer. In addition, the tumble dryer is located in the kitchen. The dining table can be extended to about 200 cm. This provides space for up to 8 people at the table.

The cozy living room offers a fireplace stove for cooler evenings. A large living area and additional seating provide enough space for up to 8 people. 2 sofas can be converted into sofa beds.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (1 with Smart TV). The bed dimensions are 90 cm x 200 cm. There are 6 beds on the upper floor, including 1 double bed. The bathroom with shower area and bathtub (and toilet, washbasin) is also located on the upper floor. On the ground floor there is another bathroom/guest WC with washing machine, washbasin, toilet.

You can access the terrace directly from the kitchen. From about May to the end of October (subject to weather conditions, possibly different), garden furniture is available there.

The garden and terrace area is fenced. You can park in front of the house (on the other side of the house), on the street, or in other public parking spaces that are not far away.

The house was built over 100 years ago and then completely renovated in 1997. In doing so, attention was paid to preserving the original character of the house. Due to the use of wood materials, such as in the staircase and the wooden beam ceiling, the wood may also "creak." Leisure: In Wingst there is a zoo, a play and sports park with summer toboggan run, outdoor and indoor swimming pool with giant slide, pony rides, bicycle rental. Large forest areas invite you to go hiking or cycling. Or spend a day at the beach in the North Sea resort of Otterndorf (approx. 22 km). The beaches in Cuxhaven are about 35 - 40 kilometres away. Here you can join guided mudflat walks, e.g. to Neuwerk, or relax on the sandy beach or take the boat to Helgoland. Visit the historic towns in the area such as Otterndorf, Stade, Buxtehude. Or take a city stroll in Bremen, Bremerhaven, Cuxhaven or Hamburg. Experience the beautiful Osteland. Ideal for a family holiday - also possible with a dog.

Oberndorf is situated between Stade and Cuxhaven with beautiful old and restored half-timbered houses along the Oste. Ideal for those seeking relaxation, nature lovers, cyclists, hikers, water walkers with their own boat or canoe, for families also with dog. Ideal for divers - the district lake is only a few kilometres away.
North Sea region, Oberndorf is in the district of Cuxhaven, separated from East Frisia by the Weser.
