Description
The apartment is new, consisting of a living room with kitchen, a double bedroom, a room with two single beds, a bathroom with shower. It is furnished in Italian style, with paintings on the walls, and maximum comfort (satellite TV, VLAN, kitchen, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, food warmer, underfloor heating ...). There is also a covered parking space in the basement and a laundry room
It is situated in a very quiet position, a few steps from the center, is surrounded by a beautiful garden, with many floral essences. The main entrance is characterized by an Italian garden, with boxwood plants and a beautiful fountain, surrounded by two roses of collection plants (Italian, French, English, German). In the garden there are 250 roses of 30 different species. There are also olive trees that are used for the collection and production of extra virgin olive oil. During the summer, the large olive trees lend themselves to shade the hammocks for relaxation in the green.
There is a space specially left free with green lawn surrounded by typically Mediterranean plants (olive trees, cypresses, roses, oleanders) where there is a gazebo, where you can place sunbeds and umbrellas for sunbathing, but also tables and chairs for breakfast or tea in the afternoon.
On the opposite side of the house there is a small garden of simple and aromatic plants (basil, tomatoes, licorice, thyme, mint, rosemary, bay leaves, sage, chilli, artichokes ...). The access to the basement garage is surrounded on the left by a flowerbed characterized by different floral essences that bloom at different times, so as to allow guests to see at any time of the year some flowering plants from February to November (Ethiopian zantedeschia, magnolia starry, solanum, ptosphorum, rododendrum, cotoneaster, helleborum, hydrangeas, jasmine, ...) while on the right there is a wall with jasmine plants. At the back of the house there is a forest of wild plants and the stream that passes inside and then flow into Lake Garda.

A very beautiful, quietly located, family-run villa and very nice landlords. Our apartment was equipped with everything one needed. The underground garage was also great (the car wasn’t overheated), who has an underground garage on holiday? If you had a question, you always got a timely response. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the town, which didn’t bother us as we were on vacation, after all. All in all, it was seven super lovely days in Lazise. This property comes highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit sehr netten Eigentümern
Unfortunately, the four of us were only there for a short week. Very nice contact with Elisabetta and her husband. The contact the day before by phone was totally straightforward for arranging the arrival. Very nice property with 2 holiday apartments, landlords live on the upper floor. Car is parked safely in the underground garage. Many opportunities to relax (folding loungers/seating area under the umbrella/hammocks under olive trees/bench in the pavilion). Everything in different places on the large property, one hardly feels each other. Full of flowers. VERY WELL CARED FOR! In the garden and in the house, one feels very comfortable. The apartment is clean, well-furnished (you don't need more - maybe air conditioning during long, extreme heat?), but the solid wooden shutters also keep out a lot of heat. Beautiful kitchen. Everything bright and modern! Overall, everything very pleasant, landlord, house, garden, and Lazise anyway. In about 10 minutes. If you are walking in the old town, a trattoria is just around the corner. Good transport connections. GREAT! Thank you, Elisabetta & Michele, we would love to come back :-) THANK YOU
