The holiday home is located in Julianadorp in the Strandslag holiday park. Only about 10 minutes walk separate you from the fine sandy beach
The house has approx. 70m² living space. Many houses have the parking lot right by the house, if not, the parking lot is not far away. Each house has an approx. 300m² plot, many are fenced and dogs are also allowed!
These beautiful bungalows are a ground floor, detached holiday home and comfortably furnished.
The living room has an open kitchen, a fireplace and sliding doors to the garden. The spacious sunny garden has a terrace with garden furniture. All houses are decorated differently. The living room is equipped with digital television and you can use the Wi-Fi.
The bungalows have 2 or 3 bedrooms.
The bathrooms have a shower or bath and a separate toilet.

Location and surroundings of object
The Strandslag holiday park in Julianadorp aan Zee is located approximately 5 km south of Den Helder and the island of Texel. The houses are only separated from the dunes by a small road along the coast. In the park you will find: adventure playground with a small swimming lake, mini golf, bicycle rental, restaurant, petting zoo, etc.
Julianadorp has a fantastic sandy beach with a wide dune range, colorful flower fields and romantic villages. Many beautiful places are just a few kilometers away: Alkmaar, Bergen, Callantsoog and Bergen. It is also not far to the IJsselmeer with the old historic towns of Enkhuizen and Hoorn. In Julianadorp you will find various shops, an indoor shopping center, restaurants, fitness, bowling, golf, mini golf, riding stables, swimming paradise, etc.

Cancellation terms:

- Annulering dient u, na telefonische melding, binnen 48 uur schriftelijk te bevestigen.
- Bij annulering tot de 42e dag voor aankomstdatum: u bent 20% van de reissom verschuldigd aan Strandzicht Verhuur BV.
- Bij annulering vanaf de 42e dag tot de 28e dag voor aankomstdatum: u bent 50% van de reissom verschuldigd aan Strandzicht Verhuur BV.
- Bij annulering vanaf de 28e dag tot de 14e dag voor aankomstdatum: u bent 90% van de reissom verschuldigd aan Strandzicht Verhuur BV.
- Bij annulering 2 weken van de dag van aankomst of later bent u de volledige reissom verschuldigd aan Strandzicht Verhuur BV. Wanneer Strandzicht Verhuur BV gedwongen wordt om wat voor reden dan ook het door u gereserveerde vakantieobject te annuleren, dan worden de volgende regels en verplichtingen in acht genomen:
- Strandzicht Verhuur BV brengt u eerst telefonisch van de annulering op de hoogte, gevolgd door een schriftelijke bevestiging.
- Strandzicht Verhuur BV verplicht zich een gelijkwaardig of beter vakantieobject als alternatief aan te bieden.
- Strandzicht Verhuur BV zal trachten het alternatief onder gelijke voorwaarden (lees: huursom en extra kosten) aan te bieden, maar kan hier geen garantie voor afgeven. Indien de huurder het alternatief niet accepteert, of als Strandzicht Verhuur BV geen passend of gelijkwaardig alternatief kan aanbieden dan wordt de reeds betaalde reissom per omgaande op rekeningnummer van de huurder teruggestort. De huurder kan verder geen enkel recht ontlenen, dan het reeds terug te vorderen bedrag als vermeld. ANNULERINGS- EN/OF REISVERZEKERING
- Wij adviseren u een annuleringsverzekering af te sluiten.
