The Yellow Houses is a holiday complex consisting of 11 apartments of different size, each with its own entrance and balcony with direct sea view. The apartments are located on a 4-hectare garden on the mountain side and are only 50 metres away from a private beach. At the Yellow Houses you will find a mot of amenities for free for indoor and outdoor activities. We provide one indoor playroom area, one outdoor playground, one BBQ area and oneoutdoor relaxing area. At our private beach you can find canoes, boat, sun umbrella and sun chairs.
The apartment in the ad. is Type III. This type of apartment features spacious and elegant Maisonettes (max. 4 people) of 50sqm. They are distinguished by comfort and by the sea view from its 8sqm spacious balcony. This apartment type has two levels. The level one has a comfortable living room with two sofas-beds, an open plan fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The level two is a bedroom area with two single beds. The level one with the level two are separated by a curtain and reached by a staircase.

The Yellow Houses is 2km away from Pyrgadikia. Pyrgadikia is a quiet village in a bay formed by the Sithonias peninsula and the Holy Mountain Athos. There are no large hotel complexes and therefore no mass tourism. In the centre of the village there is a small harbour with jetties for fishing boats and cutters. A scenic dream of olive and deciduous trees appears in the depths. Typical Greek cuisine is served in the numerous tavernas. Two to three kilometres before and after Pyrgadikia there are many small bays and larger beaches, suitable for swimming and other water activities. Pyrgadikia is a particularly quiet place for nature lovers and individual travellers.

My wife, Iro, graduated from the German grammar school in Thessaloniki, she is an architect and her father also studied in Darmstadt. My sister, Nasia, is also an architect (studied in England). And I work at the university, and as a child I spent my holidays in GermanyWe all know German culture and lifestyle well.
