The house consists of 2 floors - basement/lower ground floor and 1st floor with terrace and view of the garden.
Basement and 1st floor can be rented separately upon request. The basement consists of 3 rooms, including an area for a kitchen, bathroom-toilet. It is unfurnished. Upon request, we can provide you with furniture.
The 1st floor consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom-toilet. The apartment is partially furnished. The apartment includes a terrace where you can sit. The house has a garden. Parking is available. Near the house there are shopping facilities and a mineral water spring. Every Thursday a market takes place in the center of the village, where Bulgarian products as well as fruit and vegetables from Bulgarian farmers are sold. Near Kableshkovo – 12 km from Kableshkovo is the town of Pomorie on the Black Sea coast and 15 km from Kableshkovo is Burgas airport. The house can also be rented unfurnished for long-term rental upon request, if the tenant has their own furniture.
