This holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a terraced house only approx. 50 m from the crystal clear sea and white sandy beach of "Pinus Village". This very beautiful and uncrowded beach - on which there are other small bays - and the very child-friendly shallow water, is ideal for families with small children. The entire residential complex of "Pinus Village" is embedded in lush green vegetation with pine trees and guarantees pure vacation. Within the complex there is a playground for children, pool (open seasonally), tennis court, restaurant with bar right on the beach, where parasols and deck chairs can also be rented. The wonderful beaches of “CHIA” (approx. 5 km) and “Tuerredda” (approx. 7 km) are also just a few minutes' drive away.

The holiday property "Flavia" (approx. 57 sqm) is fully equipped for household use and is divided on one level as follows:
1 large living / dining room with integrated kitchen and sofa bed - 1 bedroom with double beds - 1 further bedroom with bunk beds - 1 bathroom with shower / toilet / bidet - furnished balcony with awning and sea view as the beach is in front of the front door. This property can be booked for a maximum of 5 people.
