Description

The house has been lovingly renovated. On the ground floor there is a fireplace room with adjacent billiard room, a new, fully equipped large kitchen, a spacious dining room and a bar area with room for all 18 guests as well as toilets.

The new sauna for up to 8 people is another extra. A separate terrace with resting loungers allows undisturbed cooling. Sauna towels are provided for all guests. Included are also the bed linen for the 6 double rooms and two 3-bed rooms, free WLAN is also standard.

On the 4000 m² large property you have a beautiful terrace (south facing) with seating and barbecue facilities at your disposal, where you can enjoy the specialities from the barbecue and a good glass of wine with your family or friends.

You can park your vehicles free of charge on a parking lot next to the house.

This wonderful holiday home is suitable for family or class reunions, club outings or birthday parties. It is the ideal starting point for walks in the woods and fields. For mountain bikers there is a great biking and disc golf course in 1,4 km for a fee. Also only km away on foot is the "Sauerländer Edelbrennerei", where schnapps and whisky are produced. Please inquire on the Internet about the costs for a visit with subsequent tasting. In the centre of the village (20 min. walk) there is a baker and butcher as well as the restaurant Knippschild, where you could have a delicious meal.

Relaxed days in a large holiday home

We spent a week with 10 people in the holiday home and felt completely at home. The house is quietly located, well equipped for many people and has enough space, both in the living room and dining room and kitchen.

The bedrooms are nicely and cosily furnished, the beds are very comfortable. Since the weather cooperated, we could spend a lot of time on the terrace and even have a barbecue.

Our dogs also enjoyed themselves and conquered the garden, which is not completely fenced in. Since the house is located in the middle of the greenery, this was not a problem. We can definitely recommend the house.
