Villa Dream is a newly built villa located on a 240 sqm property that offers absolute privacy for 4 people and amazing, open sea views. Villa consists of 2 bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom, living and dining area, and outdoor dining area with 27 sqm private pool. As a bonus, you can enjoy the seasonal offer of organic vegetables from your own garden.
Villa Dream is a fully air-conditioned property, located in the old part of Lokva Rogoznica a bit up in hills with amazing panoramic sea views from every corner, 1km from a local restaurant, 5 min drive to the pebble beach (3km), only 5km far from small, Mediterranean town Omiš with many restaurants, open market, and historical attractions and Cetina river that offers many activities like rafting, zip-line, canoeing, canyoning, boat tours on the river and to island Brač. Villa has located only 30km (40 min drive) from the famous town Split with great history, Diocletian's Palace, erected by the Roman emperor in the 4th century. Within its white stone walls and under its courtyards are a cathedral and numerous shops, bars, cafes, hotels, and houses. Villa Dream is the ideal accommodation for small families or couples who want to spend time together for a calming vacation in this unspoiled location, exploring what this part of Croatia offers.
The outdoor area offers a private pool, a spacious sun deck area with 4 deck chairs, an outdoor shower, a toilet, a covered outdoor dining area for 6 people with a TV, and a barbecue.
The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area with TV, PS4, fully air-conditioned with free Wi-Fi, and a family bathroom with shower.
The middle floor consists of laundry, and a few steps up take you to the bedroom level. A bedroom No1 with a king-size bed 180x200cm, A/C, and en-suite bathroom with shower, and sea views. Bedroom No2 with king-size bed 180x200cm, A/C and en-suite bathroom with shower, sea views.
The property is fully fenced and offers 3 parking places on a private plot.

The villa and the view are simply dreamily beautiful. We spent a very nice week here. We were not lacking anything. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. The location is great. With the car, you are in the next village or at the beach in just a few minutes. We will definitely come back.

Super holiday
We had a wonderful week in the house. Wonderful view. Top equipped house - couldn't find anything missing! Very nice landlords. Absolutely clean and new equipment. We had a welcome pack with fruit and drinks on arrival Will be very happy to come back.

All SUPER!
In September 2019, we were in Villa Dream with 4 adults. The house is exactly as great as shown in the pictures on the website. The equipment is top-notch! Everything in and around the house is very well maintained and new. The equipment is perfect. Everything necessary is available. The pool is great and is maintained daily by the owners. The pool also has its own toilet. The house is big enough for 6 people, with "only" 2 separate bedrooms, each with its own large bathroom and shower. For additional people, there is a large comfortable pull-out couch in the spacious living-dining room. There is also a separate bathroom with a shower on the ground floor.
Location: The view from the house is simply breathtaking. The road next to the house is a side street and very rarely used. The property has a parking space on the premises. It is only a few minutes by car to the town of Omis (in general: a car is needed). The sandy and pebble beaches are also only about 10-15 minutes away by car. It takes about 40 minutes by car to get to Split. There are restaurants and shops in Omis.
The owners personally take care of the house and guests. They personally greet and clean the house once a week with fresh towels and bed linen.
Overall, a super, perfect vacation.... gladly again!
