The holiday home Cecilia has three double rooms and two bathrooms plus a separate toilet. On the ground floor of the house there is a large living and dining area, which is very modern and open. The open kitchen is fully equipped. The exit from the living room leads directly to the terrace and to the private pool. The separate toilet is on the ground floor.
On the first floor of the house there are three bedrooms and bathrooms. The house is fully air-conditioned and of course has WLAN and parking spaces. In the pool you will find the necessary cooling on hot summer days. A terrace with beautiful garden furniture, parasols and a grill is available.

The house Cecilia is only two kilometers away from the popular beaches in the green lagoon (zelena Laguna) and in the blue lagoon (plava Laguna). In the green lagoon there is the ski lift, numerous beautiful beach sections with restaurants, playgrounds, sports facilities and much more
The large water park for the whole family (Aquacolors Porec) is close by. Restaurants and a small grocery store are within walking distance. The port city of Porec is only 4km away, the city of Vrsar is also 6km away.

Beautiful new house with good amenities
Very beautiful house with a pool.
In this house, you have everything you need. The service was excellent!
We only have 2 minor issues that we believe are missing:
In the bathroom, there are no proper towel holders (there were cheap suction cups in the drawers that we only discovered upon departure).
What bothered us were the many fallen flowers from the hedge. It creates a lot of mess on the terrace, and we were not willing to sweep the terrace for 20 minutes every day.

Vielen Dank auch für Ihre Hinweise. Die Anregung bezüglich der Handtuchhalter nehmen wir gerne auf und werden diese mit den Eigentümern besprechen. Bezüglich der Blüten der Hecke bitten wir um Ihr Verständnis – gerade in der Blütezeit lässt es sich leider nicht vermeiden, dass Blüten auf die Terrasse fallen. Wir werden jedoch auch diesen Hinweis weitergeben.
Wir würden uns sehr freuen, Sie wieder einmal als unsere Gäste in Istrien begrüssen zu dürfen.

Much room for improvement.
We arrived at this house with 9 people (including 2 small children) and a dog. During check-in, bedding and towels were only provided for 6 people, not 9. There was insufficient tableware (6 plates, etc.), which often required us to run the dishwasher or hand wash dishes. Unfortunately, there was no microwave. The dryer was also broken, and while the landlord was aware of this, they did not inform us. A clothesline was only provided to us after asking. The air conditioners upstairs also didn't work properly at first, this was only fixed after 4 days. Unfortunately, the house was not properly cleaned beforehand (dust, insects). It would have been desirable that upon arrival at the house after a 20-hour drive, there would be at least an initial supply, like a roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms with soap. Luckily, we had brought these ourselves. It would have been great if this were a duplex with a fence separating the units, as the dog can easily access the other half and potentially disturb the other residents. (Unfortunately, this was the case for us.) Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay; we could always call with any issues and were taken seriously, and the landlord or son was very helpful. The pool was definitely a highlight here! When the small issues are fixed, we will definitely come back!

Wir bedauern sehr, dass Sie mit einigen Punkten Ihres Aufenthalts unzufrieden waren. Umso mehr hat uns Ihr eher negativer Gästebucheintrag überrascht, da wir im Vorfeld ausschliesslich sehr positives Feedback zu diesem Ferienhaus erhalten haben und Sie sich auch bei Ihrer Abreise persönlich bei den Eigentümern für den schönen Urlaub bedankt haben.
Zu den von Ihnen angesprochenen Punkten möchten wir gerne Stellung nehmen:
Üblicherweise ist das Haus für 8 Personen ausgestattet. Da Sie mit zwei Kleinkindern angereist sind und eines davon im Babybett geschlafen hat, haben wir Ihre Buchung gerne angenommen, da die vorhandene Ausstattung grundsätzlich ausreichend sein sollte. Der Eigentümer konnte jedoch weder bestätigen noch ausschliessen, wie viele Handtücher und Bettwäsche tatsächlich bereitgestellt wurden, da dies vom Reinigungsservice übernommen wird. Sollte es hier zu einem Missverständnis gekommen sein und tatsächlich nur sechs Sets vorhanden gewesen sein, entschuldigen wir uns dafür. Toilettenpapier wird bei der Anreise selbstverständlich in einer Erstausstattung bereitgestellt.
Bezüglich der Sauberkeit können wir nur sagen, dass das Haus stets sorgfältig gereinigt wird, was auch durch die zahlreichen positiven Bewertungen unserer bisherigen Gäste bestätigt wird. Sollte dennoch etwas nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen haben, bedauern wir dies sehr.
Es tut uns ausserdem leid, dass eine Klimaanlage (eine Einheit) während Ihres Aufenthalts einen Defekt hatte.
Einen Zaun zwischen den beiden Doppelhaushälften gibt es tatsächlich nicht. Dies wird in der Objektbeschreibung auch nicht angegeben. Sofern Gäste eine Abtrennung wünschen, können wir nach vorheriger Absprache gerne einen mobilen Zaun zwischen den Häusern aufstellen.
Wir bedanken uns herzlich für Ihren Besuch und hoffen, dass Sie trotz der genannten Punkte schöne Urlaubstage in Istrien verbringen konnten.

Einfach ein Traum Haus
We had a great stay in this wonderful, modern, and fully equipped house. Everything was clean, and the pool is really nice and sufficient for two families. The only thing I liked there is a large mirror, but I think that's only important for the women; my husband didn't miss it. We will definitely come back. The landlord's care was also very good.
