The holiday home Cecilia has three double rooms and two bathrooms plus a separate toilet. On the ground floor of the house there is a large living and dining area, which is very modern and open. The open kitchen is fully equipped. The exit from the living room leads directly to the terrace and to the private pool. The separate toilet is on the ground floor.
On the first floor of the house there are three bedrooms and bathrooms. The house is fully air-conditioned and of course has WLAN and parking spaces. In the pool you will find the necessary cooling on hot summer days. A terrace with beautiful garden furniture, parasols and a grill is available.

The house Cecilia is only two kilometers away from the popular beaches in the green lagoon (zelena Laguna) and in the blue lagoon (plava Laguna). In the green lagoon there is the ski lift, numerous beautiful beach sections with restaurants, playgrounds, sports facilities and much more
The large water park for the whole family (Aquacolors Porec) is close by. Restaurants and a small grocery store are within walking distance. The port city of Porec is only 4km away, the city of Vrsar is also 6km away.

Much room for improvement.
We arrived at this house with 9 people (including 2 small children) and a dog. During check-in, bedding and towels were only provided for 6 people, not 9. There was insufficient tableware (6 plates, etc.), which often required us to run the dishwasher or hand wash dishes. Unfortunately, there was no microwave. The dryer was also broken, and while the landlord was aware of this, they did not inform us. A clothesline was only provided to us after asking. The air conditioners upstairs also didn't work properly at first, this was only fixed after 4 days. Unfortunately, the house was not properly cleaned beforehand (dust, insects). It would have been desirable that upon arrival at the house after a 20-hour drive, there would be at least an initial supply, like a roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms with soap. Luckily, we had brought these ourselves. It would have been great if this were a duplex with a fence separating the units, as the dog can easily access the other half and potentially disturb the other residents. (Unfortunately, this was the case for us.) Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay; we could always call with any issues and were taken seriously, and the landlord or son was very helpful. The pool was definitely a highlight here! When the small issues are fixed, we will definitely come back!

wir bedauern es sehr das Sie mit einigen Punkten unzufrieden waren. Uns überrascht Ihr doch eher negativer Gästebucheintrag sehr, zumal wir vorab nur super Feedback erhalten und Sie sich ebenfalls bei Abreise bei dem Eigentümer für einen tollen Urlaub bedankt haben.
Zu den von Ihnen genannten Punkten:
Üblicherweise ist im Haus eine Ausstattung für 8 Personen vorhanden. Da Sie zwei Kleinkinder dabei hatten und ein Kind im Babybett geschlafen hat haben wir gerne diese Buchung angenommen, auch von der Ausstattung würde dies genau passen.
Der Eigentümer konnte jedoch weder bestätigen noch dementieren wieviel Handtücher/Bettwäsche vorhanden waren da dies vom Reinigungsservice bereitgestellt wird. Deshalb tut es uns sehr leid falls es einen Fehler in der Kommunikation gab und nur 6 Stück bereitgestellt wurden! Toilettenpapier wird bei Ankunft bereitgestellt.
Betreffend der Sauberkeit können wir nur sagen das das Haus immer gründlich gereinigt und dies auch in den Bewertungen zuvor bestätigt wird.
Es tut uns leid hat eine Klimaanlage (eine Einheit, nicht alle Klimaanlagen im Haus) einen Defekt.
Einen Zaun zwischen den zwei Doppelhaushälfte gibt es leider nicht, dies wird jedoch auch nirgends erwähnt. Falls gewünscht (dies müssen wir jedoch vorab wissen) können wir einen mobilen Zaun zwischen den Häusern bereitstellen.

Super schönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus
The house was very clean and had everything you need. We were even able to move in a few hours earlier. It was a very nice family holiday. We will come again.

Einfach ein Traum Haus
We had a great stay in this wonderful, modern, and fully equipped house. Everything was clean, and the pool is really nice and sufficient for two families. The only thing I liked there is a large mirror, but I think that's only important for the women; my husband didn't miss it. We will definitely come back. The landlord's care was also very good.
