The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, built in 2008, renovated in 2021 and is modern and functional furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet and secluded location. For use are available: children's playground, swing, climbing frame, grill possibility and garden furniture. Seating Area of rustic wood with barbecue. Trampoline with 3.6m diameter, slide, animal enclosure. In the pension (for a fee): Snowmobiling, sauna (on request), solarium, table tennis, fitness equipment, hot tub.
Location
Dorfchemnitz bei Sayda, district Voigtsdorf, 455 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 2800 sqm, open plot with meadow and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The Holiday Flat is next to the pension. All offers of the pension can be used. The access goes via a field or forest path (asphalted, length 100 m). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property.

Outdoor pool (5 m x 9 m, depth 1,6 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of June to the end of August. The pool is in the pension.

Our goal was to spend a few days surrounded by nature and tranquility. And we have achieved that. In the small cozy, lovingly furnished apartment we were very nice and open by the family May received, so that we felt right at home. Our children could discover yard, playground, environment and the Dammwild. We like to think back to the days!
