The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with large dining and living area (with exit to outdoor dining area and pool area). Bedroom No1 with king-size bed (200x210 cm that can be separated for 2), a sofa bed (90x200). Bedroom No2 with king size bed (200x210cm) and en-suite Bathroom No1 with shower. Bedroom No3 with 120cm x 210cm bed. Family Bathroom No2 with a bathtub and a family Bathroom No3 with shower.
The first floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with dining and living area with terrace and lounge furniture with the pool view. Bedroom No4 with a king-size bed (200x210 cm that can be separated for 2), a sofa bed (90x200). Bedroom No5 with a queen size bed (180x210cm). Bedroom No6 with 120cm x 210cm bed. Family Bathroom No4 with a bathtub. Family Bathroom No5 with shower.
The internal staircase takes you to the basement with a fun zone for everyone. In the fun zone you have a pool table, darts, table soccer, table tennis, a sofa, PS4 and a TV. Additionally, in case you want to work out there are weights, pilates ball and Orbitreck. Lastly, there is a Family bathroom No6 with a shower, a washing machine, iron and iron board.
The whole property is fully fenced and offers 4 secured parking spots plus 2 garage places and 3 bikes for your use.
