A paradisiacal gem

A very family-friendly accommodation that thinks of everything. We felt very comfortable with our children from the very beginning. The large garden with barbecue area, terrace, hammock, trampoline, and its own river swimming spot invites you to linger and feel good. It immediately creates a vacation atmosphere. The holiday home has "heart and soul" and offers all the comforts. The landlords treated us with a lot of kindness and warmth and radiate a joy of life that is truly "contagious." They have plenty of great excursion tips. We fell in love with the nature villa and would love to come back. Therefore, we say "thank you and goodbye!"

Great vacation as a family

We had 2 wonderful weeks in Corsica. The house is located in a quiet area, and the river swimming spot is an absolute highlight. The amenities of the house left nothing to be desired. The contact with the landlords was very warm, and we received many great tips. Beautiful hikes for us parents, as well as great beaches for our daughters, are easily accessible.

very relaxing holiday in a beautiful and spacious house

very quiet house with a large terrace and very good garden furniture. Depending on your preference, you can find sunny or shady spots. The garden with barbecue area is spacious and offers plenty of space for children to play. The property has its own access to the river. You can swim wonderfully in the crystal-clear water there. Swimming is also suitable for children, as the river has no current. Shopping opportunities and also a great (lonely) beach can be reached in a few minutes by car. We were welcomed very warmly by Mrs. Klukas and also received very good advice on exploring the surroundings / on things to see in Corsica. It was a very nice holiday week!

Wonderful vacation

We had a great holiday in this holiday home. We especially liked the large terrace and access to the river. It was crystal clear – a bit fresh in May, though ;)

child-friendly family vacation

We spent 2 very beautiful and relaxing weeks in the house by the river. During the heat, we found refreshing cooling off at the bathing spot in the Travo, just below the house. Our children were always excited to explore the river upstream and downstream. The house's equipment allows for an carefree vacation. Our lovely and extremely helpful landlords were always there to assist us with advice and help.
The location of the house is ideal as a starting point for all kinds of activities.
We highly recommend Villa Natur, especially for families.

Pure relaxation

We spent two relaxing weeks in Corsica. A holiday home with its own river bathing spot and near the beach - what more could you want?
The contact with Susanne Klukas was top from the beginning. Especially with this year's shortcomings with Corsica Ferries, the timely exchange was very helpful. She was always there to help us with advice and action. It's a shame that a personal meeting wasn't possible this year.
The house is very well maintained and optimal for guests of all ages. There is really nothing missing. Moreover, many trips in all directions can be planned from Travo. Simply great!
We would love to come back.

A holiday paradise to feel good

We (2 adults and 2 teenagers) spent a very relaxing week in this beautiful holiday home. We didn't miss anything. The garden and the various seating areas outside, such as the terrace with a roof and awning, the barbecue area with a beautiful seating/dining area and corresponding "evening lighting," or the large hammock, were simply fantastic. The garden is well maintained with lots of love and native plants. There is plenty of room for children to play and jump on the trampoline. The house has its own river bathing spot, which is unique and better than any pool! The house is also centrally located for exploring the island. In addition to beautiful, sometimes secluded beaches, the mountain landscape for hiking can also be easily reached by car. Since it was very hot during our stay, the air conditioning in the house was very pleasant at night. Good WiFi was also available. In conclusion, a big thank you to the landlords! There was already a very friendly exchange before our arrival, which we could also experience personally on site. We would love to come back!

We spent our summer vacation with our four children at Villa Natur and we are thrilled!

Even before the start of the vacation, the contact with the landlords was excellent, every question was answered immediately and from the moment of the first contact, we felt very well taken care of. This was confirmed when we personally met and we say thank you for the many great tips for excursions, restaurants, and also for the cozy evenings!

The house is very well maintained, nothing is missing, and the huge garden with the bathing spot is simply perfect for guests of all ages. The river flows so calmly that it resembles more of a lake and you don't have to worry about the children jumping and swimming there. The garden invites you to relax and the very cozy barbecue area with a view of the mountains guarantees wonderful evenings. The house is large and clean, the - as described albeit small - open kitchen is still big enough to be able to cook well for many people and is perfectly equipped. We didn't miss anything.

The house is quiet but not far away. Within walking distance of the house, there is a small supermarket and a highly recommended butcher (for the barbecue evenings!). Otherwise, a car is of course necessary to explore the many great beaches, pools, and cities or to do larger shopping.

We had a great time and look forward to coming back!

The spacious building, the terrace, the barbecue area, the garden and the sports equipment are in top condition, the private pool (Gumben) is simply great. The individual excursion and restaurant tips from the hosts are highly recommended. The location is ideal for excursions, especially on the east coast. A vehicle is necessary. In a few minutes you can reach beaches of all kinds, shopping facilities and restaurants. ... we will definitely come again.

Perfect family holiday

We spent two wonderful weeks at Villa Natur with our 2 children (6 and 8). The house is even more spacious than it seems in the pictures and is equipped with everything you need. We spent some cosy evenings at the beautiful barbecue area. The highlight, however, is the bathing area. The water is crystal clear and very refreshing, we were there at least once every day. The location of the house in the middle of the east coast is perfect for beach and hiking holidays. The very nice landlords live right next door and are there to help and advise. We had a very relaxing holiday and will gladly come back.

Holidays 2020

After having already spent our holidays in Villa Natur in 2013, it was, as usual, the most beautiful time of the year. A very nice holiday home with everything you need. The location is perfect for relaxation and recreation. You can start the day with a refreshing swim at the house's own river access. And since Travo is in the middle of the east coast, everything is easy and relatively quick to reach: whether Bonifazio, the mountains or the great sandy beaches. From my point of view, highly recommended. Thanks to the Klukas family for this great place. One more thing: really great garden.

Beautiful holiday

We had a great time again in this wonderful holiday home, which is spacious, modern and very well maintained. A place to come back to!

Indulging, sleeping, and swimming were our motto, along with reading and playing. A paradise vacation!

The house is cozy and practical. The bathing spot by the river is simply a dream, very clear water; we went swimming several times every day. Additionally, there are quiet, uncrowded beaches by the sea with a lot of nature near Travo. Good shopping options, some even within walking distance. The owners were always helpful with questions/excursion tips. Suggestions were taken up and implemented immediately. We felt very comfortable and would gladly come back.

small paradise by the river

We spent wonderful 2 weeks at the end of May in this house with our two children (2 and 5 years old). There is nothing missing - the kitchen is small but equipped with everything you need, the children's room had great toys, and the hammock and trampoline in the garden left nothing to be desired. A dream is the bathing spot by the river directly behind the house. There we cooled off in the clear water after hikes, and the children could splash around nicely. The Klukas family was not on site at the same time as us, but always available by phone and ready to help with lots of tips. We can only recommend the house to everyone and will definitely come back!

Expectations exceeded

We were 6 in the great house, unfortunately only for 6 days. The location was pretty perfect for us as passionate climbers. Every day, after returning from the strenuous tours, we immediately plunged into the stream to swim and refresh, perfect! Unfortunately, the kitchen is relatively small, but that is really the only criticism. The landlady is very reliable and helpful.

Top location, top facilities, private river access - a beautiful holiday -

Great location, all pictures online are accurate, the house is lovingly decorated. Various seating areas and lounging areas in the garden/terrace. The swimming spot is simply a dream, very clear river water, we went swimming every day. There are also quiet, uncrowded beaches by the sea in Travo. The owners were always helpful with questions/excursion tips. We felt very comfortable here and will gladly come back.

A perfect place for a varied family vacation

The house is located in a small green oasis. The garden is lovingly designed, green, shady, and offers various beautiful places for reading, sunbathing, grilling, chilling, and playing. The river bathing area is undoubtedly the highlight. High rocks and clear fresh water are inspiring. You can jump from the rocks into the water, dive, or swim.

The location is a well-situated starting point, especially for families with children. Canyon tours, river hiking, challenging mountain tours, long and secluded natural beaches, snorkeling coves are easily accessible by car.

A clear recommendation for those seeking the versatility of beach and activity and are traveling by car. The latter is an absolute must.

Great vacation home for a relaxing holiday in Corsica

We, a family with 3 teenagers, can only recommend this great and perfectly equipped holiday home in Travo.

The house is located in a very quiet area of Travo. Through the well-maintained garden, you have direct access to the river with its own bathing area, and in the evening, you can wonderfully end the day at the cozy barbecue area. Great beaches can be quickly reached by car, as well as numerous river bathing pools higher up in Travo or in Solenzara. The house is well-equipped, the beds are comfortable, and everything was clean.

Entertainment was provided by the 2 cat mothers with their total of 7 kittens, who enjoy being pampered on the large terrace.

There are shopping facilities in the village, larger supermarkets can be found in Ghisonaccia.

Perfect support from beginning to end.

Nice house with large garden.

We had a great week at Villa Natur. Quiet location, a small supermarket, and a butcher are easily reachable on foot or by bike. The terrace and the large garden with a trampoline and table tennis table invite you to linger. When it gets hot, a quick dip in the river provides refreshment. A family of cats lives in the garden, which our children enjoyed very much. The nearest beach is about 3km away.

Well-being in the house, garden & river

We felt completely at home in Villa Natur. From the garden into the river for a swim whenever you feel like it is unique, plus the garden and the large veranda to spend the day with pleasure and completely relaxed at home (taking care of kittens included)
The sandy beaches are close by, as are the mountains. We would recommend the villa for a holiday with a small family or more, for all those who would like to enjoy the beautiful nature of Corsica with an appropriate accommodation and appreciate authentic & friendly hosts

Dream vacation in a dream house

We spent 3 truly wonderful weeks at Villa Natur. We felt at home in this well-thought-out house. The facilities are perfect, everything you could wish for is there and in top condition! The location of the house is ideal, quiet yet close to the beautiful beaches of the east coast. The best part is the river that flows through the garden, crystal clear and wonderfully refreshing even in the height of summer. Sitting here on the rocks, after a refreshing swim, with a view of the mountains - simply great! Interesting and relaxing stay in the Villa Nature

Facilities:
In the Villa Natur house, located in a quiet area and comfortably suitable for 6 people, all utensils are available both indoors and outdoors; especially in the kitchen, modern and some new appliances are provided. The layout of the house is very practical, and the orientation towards sunlight (living and sleeping areas on the east, south, and west sides) is ideal. There are several outdoor seating areas and a large wind-protected terrace with all furniture, which is a positive feature. For children, there are sports and play equipment (e.g. trampoline, table tennis table, etc.) available, and the grassy areas are ideal for playing and frolicking.

Price-performance ratio: very good!

Service:
Very helpful and friendly landlords, who have contributed with many tips and informative material to ensure that both those interested in culture and those with sporting ambitions and nature lovers have had a great time. Location:
The central location on the east coast makes it easy to reach the sights equally well. The house is also ideally located for hiking and visiting natural highlights. The beautiful, flat beach is only a few kilometers or a few minutes' drive away. In addition, larger supermarkets and smaller shops with local products for daily needs can be reached within a few kilometers. The absolute highlight is the river Travo adjacent to the property - bathed in it several times a day - delightful!
In conclusion: We - a group of friends - felt very comfortable and will definitely book again soon!

Before spring in Corsica on the east coast

After repeated stays, we once again enjoy this year's stay in this holiday home. Everything works as usual and if the weather cooperates, everything is perfect. Bike tours, photo subjects, short trips to the north or south depending on the weather. The house is centrally located. The garden is fantastic. If the planes from the nearby airfield are too active, you can easily avoid them. The guys see it differently - the Patrouille de France was already a guest for a few training days. Best butcher on the island nearby and good Patrimonio wines in the garden in the evening before the grill. This is the good life. I can imagine the following weeks very well.

Perfect holiday

We were motorcycling for 1 week. The accommodation is great. The holiday home and the garden are really fantastic. The Travo is perfect for swimming and cooling off. We will definitely come back again.

Dreamlike, relaxing, great atmosphere and clean.

The house is great, clean, and well-maintained. What I like best is the terrace, beautiful location, view of the mountains. It is partially covered, exposed to the sun, and partly shaded by great trees. The location of the house is quiet by the river with a good private bathing spot. With a trampoline, sandbox, table tennis table, hammock, and space for biking, it is a great place to relax around the house.

By car, you can reach several beautiful quiet beaches within 10-15 minutes. The river in the upper area still has some even better swimming spots to offer. Natural and simply beautiful. As a small family, we felt very comfortable, were able to relax very well, had time to read books, and used the barbecue area several times. Very nice facility, a very beautiful holiday, definitely not the last time!

We have already stayed in several holiday homes and have not always had good experiences. . . But here our expectations were exceeded!

The holiday home has everything and more to feel completely at home.
The garden, the spacious terrace, the many play options for children in the garden, and not to forget the beautiful river bathing spot with a view of the mountains, almost make you want to spend a few beautiful days at the house. At the same time, the island naturally offers beautiful spots to discover, and thanks to a lovingly compiled folder (in the house) and tips from the landlords, we still have so many trips on our to-do list that we have to come at least a second time! Perfectly furnished holiday home with direct access to the river.

We have now been guests in this wonderful holiday home of Susanne and Siegried Klukas for the fourth time in a row for three weeks each. The house itself is perfectly furnished (including a coffee machine!) with enough cutlery and crockery so that using the dishwasher is worthwhile. The beds are comfortable, 2 bathrooms (one with double sinks), and two toilets would not cause any congestion in the morning even when fully occupied. The house, terrace, and garden alone are fantastic, but the special highlight is the direct access to the bathing river Travo, where you can really swim and of course splash around - a mini sandy beach is located right across from the entry point. In August, the river reaches a pleasant 24 degrees and is wonderfully refreshing after hikes.
