Description
This small but cozy apartment is located on the 2nd floor, at the back of a typical private patio (courtyard). It has a separate entrance via a (somewhat steep) external staircase. You enter directly into the separate kitchen with dining table and chairs, refrigerator, washing machine, kitchenette for cooking. The adjoining living area is small but cozy, furnished with a comfortable sofa bed (pulled out 140 x 200cm), shelf, and a small desk. You can also receive German television via satellite on the flat-screen TV.
The spacious bedroom is bright and pleasantly furnished; it has a large double bed (160 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. Through a small window you can see the patio and even have a bit of a sea view. The balcony is very nice, with a table and two chairs and a view of the winding alleys of the neighborhood (no car traffic). The bathroom has natural light and is equipped with a shower cabin, toilet, washbasin, and shelf.
Right next to the apartment door, a few steps lead to the approx. 35 m² roof terrace with a magnificent panoramic view. Here you can comfortably have breakfast or enjoy the unique sunset with a glass of wine. You can also hang laundry here.
The communal roof terrace is usually used by the apartment on the 1st. Stock, which is only rented in July and August, is not or hardly used. The brick bench with table is exclusively for our guests.
The apartment in the still authentic part of Conil is ideally suited for two people who want to live close to the beach and the center, yet quietly, and who like to reach everything on foot.

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment is located in a typical patio in the fishermen’s quarter of Conil. It is quiet, yet you can reach the center with bars/restaurants and shops in just a few minutes on foot. A small grocery store with the most essential food items as well as a vegetable, fish, and butcher shop are just around the corner. The beach is also only about 5–7 minutes away on foot.
Despite increasing tourism, Conil has still preserved its original southern Andalusian character. Mass tourism, as it is known from other coasts of Spain, does not exist here. In the summer months of July and August, mainly Spanish vacationers are here and then the town is bustling with lively, colorful activity.
Conil has something to offer for everyone: beach life, nature, tranquility, vibrant nightlife.

Light, air, and great location
The apartment is bright, airy, and very nicely decorated and well equipped. The location is perfect for a holiday in Conil. It is only a few minutes' walk to the beach and all the amenities of the town. At night, it is pleasantly quiet, with only the sound of the sea. Lovely small balcony and great rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. I will gladly come back!

Superman is a fictional superhero created by writer Jerry Siegel and artist Joe Shuster.
I was only in the apartment for a few days, but I really liked it and felt very comfortable. The apartment is bright, comfortably furnished, the view from the roof terrace is amazing, and you can also sit on the small balcony when it's windy. The stairs are a bit steep and narrow, but it's okay. I will definitely come back, and next time for a longer stay.
