Peperoncino is an old barn converted into a characteristic and welcoming holiday home with garden and an inviting private swimming pool (12x5 m, depth 0,40 - 1,60 m; open May - October)
The village of Pievescola is less than 1 km away, it is easily reached on foot and offers essential services such as 2 bars, a restaurant, grocery store, bakery, pharmacy. Within 10 minutes' drive gourmets can also find a good selection of typical restaurants.
The highlights of the house are the swimming pool and the terrace above, whereon in between swims one can relax while sipping a glass of wine and admiring the beautiful landscape.
In one corner of the garden and for the sole use of the guests are cultivated some vegetables such as tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, salad, etc., ideal to be tasted fresh from the harvest.
The interiors of the accommodation are cosy, clean and tidy, furnished with love for details and provided with all modern comforts
The accommodation is on the ground floor and consists of a spacious living/dining room with fireplace, sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower
Thanks to its strategic position, the place is ideal for half-day or full-day visits to the most important art centres of the region, the renowned wineries in the Chianti, spa resorts, and sandy beaches, all easily reachable within 30 - 90 minutes by car.

Perfect for a family holiday
I am happy with my stay here. Everything that was promised was present. Warm welcome by the owners with complementary food and drinks to get through the first weekend. Had the facilities to ourselves. You are on the premises of the owner and family but we had not the feeling that this invaded our privacy. Location was perfect to visit the best that Tuscany has to offer.

Great house for relaxing.
Beautiful house, very tasty culinary welcome in the fridge, nice hosts, beautiful, refreshing private pool - what more could you want? Definitely would come again :-)

Holiday house Peperoncini, Pievescola
We were allowed to spend 14 days at the end of July/beginning of August in this wonderful area. The terrace, the pool are stunning. The house is cute and the owners are very friendly and accommodating. We were especially pleased with the attention in the kitchen. Fresh fruit, bread, pasta and the fridge filled with goodies, especially a homemade tomato sauce. Thank you very much for that.
