An open terrace with a barbecue and a dining table overlooks the pool where you can spend most of your time in Istria.
The house consists of two houses on the ground floor (brown and yellow houses on the index photo). Both houses are very comfortably equipped. In total there are 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 4 beautiful bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet

Dream holiday
We spent our holiday there in the above-mentioned period with 2 families and a total of 5 children.
As we travelled overnight, we were able to store our luggage at the accommodation in the morning without any problems.
For the official handover, we were awaited by the landlady and her daughter with various homemade wines, olive oil, bread, fruit and cheese.
The landlady's parents live in the annex, but they are considered good "house spirits". The pool was cleaned, the wood in the fireplace was replenished when needed and the rubbish was disposed of regularly. We were brought fruit from their own trees and they were also very helpful with small repairs
The landlords are also fantastic. Almost every wish was fulfilled (or at least they tried), we got clean towels and bed linen after 1 week.
In case of a small medical emergency, we were helped quickly and unbureaucratically, as the landlady's husband works as a doctor in the hospital in Pazin.
Both houses are very lovingly furnished and were very clean.
Except for the washing machine, both houses were completely identically equipped, each with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and a large fridge with a big chest. Both hobs were induction hobs and all other electrical appliances were relatively new.
Especially worth mentioning is the huge drinks fridge outside. As it was very hot, all our drinks were stored there and there was also room for a large melon.
The children had enough space to play.
Unfortunately, you have to drive about 20 minutes to go shopping and to the next beach. But we knew that, so there was no nasty surprise when we arrived.
There was a small restaurant about 10 minutes walk away with good value for money.
We had a really nice holiday there and will come back again.

We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay and would like to recommend the holiday homes. After a long car journey, we were warmly welcomed. To greet us, there was homemade bread, fresh melon, tasty cheese, fresh homemade olive oil, wine, and schnapps. Everything was very delicious, and we immediately felt very well taken care of. Both houses were in a clean and well-maintained condition. We lacked nothing, as everything is provided in both houses. Property, terrace, and pool are very clean and well-maintained. After a week's stay, we received fresh towels and bed linen. The parents of the hostess were always very friendly and helpful.
We (4 adults and 4 children) had a very nice time.

Perfect
We rented the house with a group of 10 people.
First, it must be mentioned that the welcome was very friendly, with various treats provided. The owners were always very sympathetic and accommodating.
The highlight was definitely the large outdoor area combined with the pool (which was also regularly cleaned). Due to its location, longer evenings were no problem there, so even younger groups can enjoy their stay. The interior with a pool table also did not leave anything to be desired. The bathrooms were well-equipped and very clean. Overall, this holiday home offers a very good value for the price and is highly recommended!

Wunderbarer Urlaub - wie
We were very fortunate to be the first tenants of this property, which was completed at the end of May 2019. We were warmly welcomed by the landlords and given a tour of the property. We were greeted with Istrian specialties. The landlords are incredibly nice and helpful. The whole property is furnished with a lot of love and very high quality. The only downside is the busy road directly behind the house, which was sometimes very loud. However, this didn't bother us much. We hope that future tenants will also handle the furnishings carefully so that they retain their charm for years to come. Moreover, we would rent this property again at any time. We liked the property and also the warm landlord family so much that we found it hard to leave and would love to come back.
