The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deckchair, terrace, and garden furniture.

San Giovanni, 5 m above sea level. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. TV reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and a fire extinguisher.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early April to early October, 10 m x 10 m, 1.20 m deep). The pool can only be used from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The pool is to be shared with the homeowner.

Kitchen with electric cooker (4 hobs), dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), coffee machine and electric kettle. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
