Vacation at the Creek
Our newly furnished holiday home (2018/2019/2023) is located in Zeeland on the island of Schouwen-Duiveland in the child-friendly holiday park Aquadelta, directly on the Grevelingenmeer.
The park’s facilities include: indoor swimming pool with slide, laundromat, four bowling lanes, indoor playground, mini-golf course, tennis courts, squash, spacious play lawn with air trampoline, volleyball net, small and large soccer goals, and a playground. A gaming zone and a well-equipped supermarket. Furthermore, there is the option to rent bicycles. A restaurant and a snack bar are also available.
IMPORTANT: some facilities require a fee.
The holiday home
Our centrally yet very quietly located end-terrace house is divided as follows:
GROUND FLOOR
The bedroom on the ground floor has a bunk bed with a 140 x 200 cm (bottom) and 90 x 200 cm (top) sleeping area, bedside tables, and a large wardrobe. The daylight bathroom has, in addition to a spacious shower and hairdryer, numerous towel hooks and ample storage space for your personal belongings.
The small kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas stove, filter coffee machine, Senseo, air fryer, toaster, electric kettle, and mini oven.
The dining area comfortably seats five people.
The cozy living area invites you to socialize. In addition to a TV and Wi-Fi, various games and a large box of Lego Duplo offer entertainment options for young and old.
From the living room, you enter the fenced garden with a furnished terrace, sun umbrella, and grill.
UPPER FLOOR
Bedroom with a 160 x 200 double bed with a firm mattress, large wardrobe, and enough space for a travel crib, which awaits little guests. A stair gate is also available at the top. CAR-FREE
The paths in the park are largely kept car-free. However, the house can be accessed for loading and unloading upon arrival and departure. The large parking lot for leaving your car is located nearby, still on the premises.
DISTANCES
The park’s facilities can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes. There are two bathing bays, which you can also reach within minutes. There, in addition to a wonderful atmosphere at Bru 17, you will find probably the best kibbeling in town. It is only a few minutes to the small fishing village of Bruinisse. There you will find a large Albert Heijn supermarket and some nice restaurants and shops. Other stores like Aldi, Jumbo, and Kruidvat (drugstore) can be reached by car in ten minutes.
The FINAL PRICE includes tourist tax and final cleaning. Apart from the deposit (refunded after cleaning and return of keys), no further costs will be incurred.

Gladly again!
The house is well equipped with many things, e.g. enough dishes, glasses, kitchen appliances, and also toys for children for indoors and outdoors. With the terrace roof, you can sit outside dry even in a little rain! The location is convenient in the park. Through an additional gate in the garden fence, the garden (and thus bicycles) is directly accessible! Communication with the landlord was uncomplicated and always timely! Since it was still very cool at the beginning of the vacation, the landlord even turned on the (remote-controlled) heating for us again! Thank you!

Cozy and comfortable family house
We had four nights for five people in this beautiful holiday home: everything was very clean, the beds very comfortable, and the kitchen excellently equipped, so we could easily cook for our family.
Our children were very happy about the toys in the house as well as the various offerings from the garden shed. Communication with the landlords was more than pleasant; we can wholeheartedly recommend this holiday home and would love to come back.

Great vacation for families
We had a great vacation there. The holiday accommodation has everything you need, and even as a family of 5, you can manage wonderfully there. The surroundings offer plenty for children, so there is no boredom. We would love to come back.

Short vacation with a toddler
We really enjoyed our short vacation in the holiday home. The holiday home was clean, very cozy with a maritime decor, and it had everything one needed. The communication with the landlords was very friendly and straightforward. There were also considerations for the little guests (things for coloring, Duplo blocks, beach toys, etc.). The holiday home is very centrally located, yet quiet in the park. One can reach playgrounds or the swimming pool in just a few minutes on foot, but it is still quiet in the adjacent garden since it is located on a side path. After a 20-minute walk, one can also visit the beach or the small village of Bruinesse. All in all, a successful short vacation where the children especially have a great time. We will gladly come back!

Die Lage ist günstig im Park. Durch zusätzliches Tor im Gartenzaun ist der Garten (und somit Fahrräder) direkt begehbar!
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und immer zeitnah!
Da es zu Beginn des Urlaubs noch sehr kühl war, wurde uns auch sogar nochmals die (ferngesteuerte) Heizung vom Vermieter angestellt ! Danke !
Unsere Kinder haben sich sehr über die Spielsachen im Haus sowie die verschiedenen Angebote aus dem Gartenhaus gefreut.
Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war mehr als angenehm, wir können dieses Ferienhaus ausnahmslos empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Vor Ort gibt es ein Fahrradverleih, der relativ kostengünstig Fahrräder zur Verfügung stellt. Bruinisse ist ein toller Ausgangsort für Fahrradtouren - egal ob kurz oder lang. Alle Orte in der Umgebung sind sehr idyllisch und einen Besuch wert. Vor Ort erhält man auch im Haus einige Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants.
Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist ebenfalls kindgerecht. Vor Ort gibt es viel Kindergeschirr und Besteck. Die Betten waren stabil, ordentlich und gemütlich. Und im Haus selbst befindet sich eine große Kiste mit Duplo und diversen anderen Spielsachen. Diese findet man auch im Schuppen.
Insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderbaren Urlaub, der gerne auch länger hätte sein können.

Besonders super finden wir die Tips per Website und auch im Haus hinterlegt, die Ideen geben, die Umgebung zu erkunden.
Diesmal waren wir auch „nur“ zu Fuß unterwegs, und das gibt die Lage des Hauses wunderbar her!

Besonders toll ist, dass der Garten eingezäunt ist und man ganz entspannt auf der Terrasse sitzen konnte, während die Kinder gespielt haben.
Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und hat alles, was das kleine und große Herz begehrt;-)

Die Kinder haben sich besonders über die Duplo-Steine und den Bollerwagen gefreut, den wir auf unseren zahlreichen Ausflügen mitnehmen konnten.

Wenn man Trubel oder Unterhaltung für die Enkel möchte geht man einige Schritte und kann alles nutzen vom Ferienpark aquadelta.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Keiner wollte mehr nach Hause.
Es ist einfach schön weil das Haus nicht sehr groß ist mit der Familie eng zusammen zu sein. Wir haben es genossen.

Das Haus der Familie Ballnus ist sehr schön und super aufgeteilt.
Wir haben drei Kinder,die unten im Zimmer mit dem praktischem Doppelstockbett platz gefunden haben.
Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet,was man so braucht und ein Minibackofen ist auch dabei. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass das Bad sehr geräumig ist und sogar eine Badewanne hat.
Mit Kindern die viel draußen spielen sehr praktisch. Die Unterkunft können wir nur weiterempfehlen.
Das Haus war sauber und sehr gepflegt.Familie Ballnus ist sehr nett und der Kontakt war immer gegeben.
Bei Fragen stand direkt jmd parat für eine antwort. Kinderlieb eingerichtet.

Eine funktionierende Kücheneinrichtung
Etliche Möglichkeiten, im Flur, im Bad, im Zimmer Dinge aufzuhängen. Flammneue Malstifte, Kartenspiele usw. für verregnete Tage
Notizblöckchen zum Einkaufen etc.
Nicht mal Tesafilm oder Schnur haben gefehlt.
Dies sind super entspannte Vermieter, die ihr Domizil lieben und in Schuss halten. Dass das Haus so zentral liegt, hört man nicht. Man hat himmlische Ruhe und extrem kurze Wege. Genug zu tun für unsere Jungs, ohne dass das Angebot in kirmesartige Bespaßung ausartet. Genau der richtige Mix. Dazu Kinder in allen Altersklassen, die sich spielgewillt auf der großen Wiese treffen. Klarer Daumen hoch für einen Urlaub, der Kinder mit 12 wie mit 6 Jahren gleichermaßen begeistert und ihre Eltern sehr entspannt hat.

Im Ferienhaus angekommen hat sich der positive Eindruck komplett bestätigt. Es ist ordentlich und sauber, total liebevoll eingerichtet (weibliche Note... :-) ), vom Inventar her fast rundherum neu und modern ausgestattet und hat uns alles geboten, was wir als Familie in den Ferien brauchten. Das Haus ist im Ferienpark ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch in der Nähe der zentralen Plaza mit Supermarkt und Restaurants, und ein großer, schöner Spielplatz ist direkt um die Ecke in 2 Min. Fußweg zu erreichen - so konnten unsere Kinder auch mal alleine losziehen!

Die Kommunikation mit der deutschen Vermieterin Frau Ballnus war von Anfang an total nett und angenehm, das hat mich wirklich begeistert. Wir standen über E-Mail und SMS in Kontakt und ich habe bei jeder Frage schnell eine Rückmeldung erhalten. Hilfreiche Tipps z. B. zum Einkaufen gab's von ihr gleich noch gratis dazu.

FAZIT:
Ich bin mir sicher, dass wir hier noch einmal Urlaub machen werden, und kann das Ferienhaus nur wärmstens empfehlen!
Das Ferienhaus war für uns ausreichend groß. Ausstattung, Lage und die Freizeitangebote waren für uns perfekt. Die Spielmöglichkeiten in der Anlage haben unseren Kindern auch sehr gut gefallen. Der Jachthafen ist ganz in der Nähe groß und schön.
Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir können das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.
Die Lage innerhalb des Ferienparks ist zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig!
Das Ferienhäuschen war gut ausgestattet und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern sehr freundlich.
Unser Verbesserungsvorschlag (Verdunkelungsrollos an den Schlafzimmerfenstern) wurde positiv angenommen.
Wir werden gerne wieder dort Urlaub machen, denn auch für Tagesausflüge hat das Ferienhäuschen eine super zentrale Lage :)
