Description
The holiday home, built in 1994 and renovated in 2019 is functional furnished. The property is located in a busy environment, in a holiday home area. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the sunny location at the edge of the woods. For common use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, grill possibility and hollywood swing.
Location
Ragusa, district Tra Scoglitti e Marina di Ragusa, 50 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 30 sqm, open plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The structure is located in the tourist village of Athena Resort Ragusa (formerly Kastalia), the village is open purely in summer, tourist activities begin on April 13th and end on September 28th. From October onwards there will be no tourist and commercial activities, you will not be able to use the swimming pool and the private beach. In the holiday village there are always tennis courts, football pitches, a pine forest with outdoor games for children and mini golf, even in winter (although without lighting). During the times when we private owners do not stay in our private houses in the holiday village, we rent them out to those who want to visit our most beautiful areas of Sicily. In low season we welcome many tourists who stay with us at very reasonable prices to visit the most beautiful areas of Sicily, live in complete relaxation surrounded by nature and enjoy the comfort of our houses, which are equipped with every comfort both in winter as well as being able to live well in the summer. The village is 5 km from the first small town (Scoglitti), so you will need a car to get around. Private parking under the house, small barbecue area for guests. Private holiday home in the summer tourist village (from April 18th to September 28th) with Olympic-sized swimming pool, golden sandy beach, entertainment and everything else for a dream vacation. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted, length 2 m). Parking lot (for 2 cars) in the carport and on the property and the street in front of the house. Additional parking spaces nearby (unguarded).

air conditioner, electric heating. Facilities: children's toys, cot, internet access (WLAN), iron and washing machine. TV reception takes place via antenna. TV channels only in local language.
Pool
Outdoor pool (infinity-Pool, 25 m x 50 m, depth 1.4 m, for common use). Children's pool (paddling pool, 6 m x 8 m, depth 1 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from mid of April to the end of September. Indoor swimming pool (50 m x 25 m, depth 1,5 m, usable from mid of April to the end of September, for common use). Access to the swimming pool and beach with umbrellas and loungers is included in the displayed price from June to September. From April 13th to May 31st (optional) by purchasing a club card on site.

In summer: Bathing possibility 4,5 km in Scoglitti (private beach 4,5 km in Scoglitti with sand). dentro il villaggio: mini golf 200 m and tennis 300 m. golf in fuori da villaggio 2 km. casavacanzekastalia 2 “La Rossa”: the Athena Resort is 4.8 km from the beach with fine golden sand, equipped with a bar, canoe and pedal boat, reachable in 7/8 minutes with the shuttle service, at 9:00 am every 7:00 pm. Beach service included (umbrellas, deck chairs and sun beds subject to availability).

Eat-in kitchen (24 sqm) with 2 extra beds on double sofa bed, TV, dining area (8 seats) and access to the balcony (together with eat-in kitchen). Bedroom (8 sqm) with 2 single beds. Bedroom (17 sqm) with 1 double bed, TV, safe, dining area (1 seats) and access to the balcony (together with living room / bedroom). American kitchen in the living room (2 sqm) with TV, dining area (8 seats), gas stove (4 flames), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (230 l, icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine and access to the balcony. Bathroom (4 sqm) with washing machine, shower, 1 sink, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
