The standig individually holiday home, built in 1994 and renovated in 2017 is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a busy environment, in a holiday home area. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the sunny location at the edge of the woods. For common use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, climbing frame, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and hollywood swing.
Location
Ragusa, district Tra Scoglitti e Marina di Ragusa, 50 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 150 sqm, closed forest plot, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The property is located in the tourist village of Athena Resort Ragusa (formerly Kastalia), the village is purely in summer, tourist activities usually start at the end of May and end at the end of September. From October to May there are no tourist or commercial activities, you cannot use the swimming pool, and you cannot use the private beach. In the village there are always (but without lighting) tennis courts, soccer fields, pine forest with outdoor games for children, mini golf in the village. In the times when we private owners do not live in our private houses in the village, we rent them to those who want to visit our most beautiful areas of Sicily.
