The holiday home, built in 2006 and renovated in 2013, is furnished in a modern and rustic style. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the forest. Available for exclusive use are: barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and a campfire site. (On the property, right next to the holiday home, there is a small house with a sauna, bar, whirlpool, and shower/WC for exclusive use.)

Location
Benecko, 780 m above sea level. The holiday house is located on an open plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. At the house there is also a terrace with garden seating, a children’s swing, sandpit, climbing frame and outdoor pool, which are for shared use with apartments CSR RIG 161 and 162. Access is directly from the main road. Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.

Bathroom with whirlpool bath and WC. Separate WC with WC.
