The detached holiday home, built in 1890 and renovated in 2018, is modern and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facilities, pavilion, garden furniture, and courtyard. Charcoal and wood are available.

Sukoró. The holiday home is situated on a 1200 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Baby and children's toys, baby baths are available. Air-conditioned mosquito nets on the windows. Dishwasher, oven, hob, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine, basic foodstuffs, spices. Barbecue in the garden. The property is located in a very quiet area. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Kitchen (15 sqm) with electric cooker (ceramic hob, 2 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (180 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, and washing machine. Bathroom (4 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, and hairdryer.
