The holiday home, built in 1991 and renovated in 2012, is furnished in the typical local style. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use: barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard. Vacuum cleaner.

Gárdony. The holiday home is situated on a 900 sqm large, enclosed garden plot with lawn and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

The house is worn. Old carpets, broken tiles in the interior and exterior, broken or no insect screens in the windows, partly broken window handles, in the lower bathroom no possibility to hang towels, no shelves for shower, tooth cleaning and other, no hygiene, in the lower toilet unpleasant odors , Pool full of foliage, renovation urgently needed, garden

We liked the location of the house. It was only a few minutes walk to Spar and Penny, another 5 minutes walk to the lake with food stalls and sandpit.
Also a small playground was very close.
In about 10 minutes by car you were a sandy beach and in a small shopping center.
