The holiday home, built in 1991 and renovated in 2012 is in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For sole use are available: grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and court. Vacuum cleaner.

Gárdony. The holiday home is located on a 900 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow and bushes, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property.

The house is worn. Old carpets, broken tiles in the interior and exterior, broken or no insect screens in the windows, partly broken window handles, in the lower bathroom no possibility to hang towels, no shelves for shower, tooth cleaning and other, no hygiene, in the lower toilet unpleasant odors , Pool full of foliage, renovation urgently needed, garden

We liked the location of the house. It was only a few minutes walk to Spar and Penny, another 5 minutes walk to the lake with food stalls and sandpit.
Also a small playground was very close.
In about 10 minutes by car you were a sandy beach and in a small shopping center.
