Beautiful detached bungalow with private pool, AIRCO and WIFI, 900 m2 of land. Situated on the outskirts of Velence-Sukoró, north of Lake Velence. Distance to the lake about 2km. Budapest, 45km, 60km to Lake Balaton. Well-kept, completely fenced garden. Fully equipped for 4 adults. 2 bedrooms and a guest room. 1 x bathroom, 1 x shower room. 2 x WC. Includes washing machine, microwave, satellite receiver with Canal Digital Dutch channels and free ASTRA 3 channels and AIRCO throughout the house. Free WIFI etc
Equipped with central heating, therefore for rent in the heating season. The owner [does not] live on the property.

A small dog is allowed, but not allowed in sleeping area.
Also the garden should be left without a trace, as children also play here.

Location and surroundings of object

The Zonnehuis on a quiet street with only local traffic. Free-standing houses and surrounded by, some permanently occupied and partially occupied only on weekends. Quiet, no noise from trains or loud music, etc. It lies on the border between Zonnehuis Sukoró / Velence. At the foot of the Hill on the north side of Lake Velence. Distance to the Lake about 2 km. Distance approx. 45 km to Budapest. Distance 60 km to Lake Balaton.

Energy costs.
Due to the unpredictability of energy costs, these must be paid locally at the prevailing rates.
As far as known, the costs from August 2022 are: electricity 0,20 € per Kwh, gas 1,85 € per m³.
Gas is used for heating and for hot water in the bathrooms.
Electricity is used for air conditioning (climate), among other things. The air conditioning can cool and heat.

Sleeping comfort.
The double bed in the bedroom at the back of the house, size 160 x 200 cm, has a very comfortable mattress:
PISA HR FOAM MATTRESS
20 cm thick, 7-zone very flexible semi-rigid cold foam mattress. Due to its open cell structure, HR cold foam is a very well ventilated and very dimensionally stable foam. HR cold foams are the foam mattress _They represent the top category, among others. The breathable 7-zone cold foam with open cell structure ensures precise pressure distribution and best lying comfort over the entire body surface. Deep cuts and slight curvatures in the shoulder and back area provide stability. The moulded surface structure and extra contours ensure sufficient ventilation and a good night's sleep.

Cancellation terms:

Cancellation: a) up to 4 months before departure, only the fee of €50 is due. b) up to 3 months before departure, 25% of the full rent is payable. c) up to 2 months before departure, 50% of the full rent is payable. d) Within 1 month of departure, the full rent is payable.
