| from october - april we charge a heating fee of € per day the prices are for 2 adults,children up to 14 years are € 10 per person and for the barbecue we take the liberty to charge a deposit of € 10,which will be refunded when returned clean. |

- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Top holiday home
We felt very comfortable in these holiday homes and also slept very well in these beds. The landlords are very nice and there is a lot to do with children in the area. Thank you again to the Fritsche family for a great holiday!
