You can let go and relax in our two-room holiday home "Auszeit", which was lovingly renovated and completely modernised in 2010. The furnishings of the friendly living room, the modern feel-good bathroom and your spacious bedroom will quickly make you feel at home in your holiday environment. Take a deep breath and enjoy the peace and quiet on our approx. 15 sqm terrace. Relax after an extensive cycling tour or simply unwind after a strenuous day's holiday
Your holiday home has a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, kettle and toaster, a living room with sleeping facilities for the 3rd and 4th person, a bedroom with double bed and enough space for a baby cot as well as a bathroom with toilet and shower. Electric heaters are available for the cold season.

Our cosy holiday bungalow is located at the Zeulenroda dam in an absolutely quiet outskirts location of the bungalow village Zadelsdorf about 5 km from Zeulenroda. From the cosy terrace of the bungalow you have a view of the dam, forests and meadows. Schleiz and Greiz are about 20 km away, Gera 35 km. It is about 50 m to the water via a steep mountain path or 200 m on a level path through the village. To the Zadelsdorf lido, you walk about 800 m comfortably through the bungalow village. In the bungalow village you will find the possibility for carriage rides and a children's playground. The area around the dam offers a holiday paradise for nature lovers with its idyllic bays, crystal clear water and forests. Wonderful hiking area directly from the bungalow village. Various cycling trails, including the Vogtland-Ferienland-Rundtour (approx. 50 km) or the Osterburgrundtour (approx. 40 km) are nearby. Fishing possibilities directly below the bungalow at the water. You will find various outdoor and indoor swimming pools directly in the bungalow village, in Zeulenroda (Badewelt Waikiki), Triptis, Langenwetzendorf and Greiz. We are happy to give our guests tips about good fishing spots, hiking tours or excursion destinations.

After more than 15 years of drinking water reservoir Zeulenroda, this status was revoked on. With the discontinuation of drinking water protection and the associated lifting of the bathing ban at the dam, there is now an opportunity for new tourism and development for the town of Zeukllenroda and the surrounding communities such as Zadelsdorf.

A completely super beautiful holiday

a wonderful holiday, we would have liked to stay longer:) the location is great, quiet by the forest and waterside, the cottage is equipped with a lot of attention to detail, even the 1000 necessary little things are there, whether games/toys for children or adults, books, hairdryer, tick remover, clothesline with pegs, plenty of information about the area or some first chilled drinks in the cellar - in short, a great praise to Mrs. Ermann for all these things and organization, also perfectly clean and cozy and the large terrace with swing and barbecue is a dream. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the time - we would love to come back:) Thank you very much for everything says the Martin family.
