65m² Apartment consists of: A fully equipped kitchen with:
* a small dining table that fits 6 persons
* stove with oven
* coffee machine
* water boiler
* microwave
Enough dishes/glasses for 6 persons. Plenty of pots and pans.
The living room is also equipped with a very comfortable cupboard bed (180x200) for 2 as well as an extendable sofa for 2, Sat-TV and Radio. The spacious terrace with 40m² can be accessed from the living room.
Bedroom with king size bed (200x190), shower and in room sink is suitable for 2 persons.
In addition to the above, you will find one more shower and a separate WC.
Sheets, towels, dishtowels are included in the rate
Check in: after 14:30 o'clock
Check out: before 10:00 o'clock

The Haus Juliane is located approximately 400 m above the Hahnenkamm cable car with beautyfull view of Kitzbühel. To the Centre of Kitzbühel, it is 10-minute walk.
The house is located at the end of 2 ski runs, and is the starting point for beautiful walks. The X-Country slope starts 150 below the house torwards Aurach.
