The holiday home is located in the municipality of Schiefling, Penken district, in Carinthia, the southernmost province of Austria.
The comfortably furnished house, with unobstructed view, has a living space of approx. 90 m² and is completely renovated. The excellent state of maintenance and equipment leaves nothing to be desired. It is furnished with a fully equipped fitted kitchen and dining area, a large living room incl. digital TV, two bedrooms with double beds, built-in wardrobes and washing corner, bathroom with shower and washing machine as well as a separate WC. The house also has hot air heating.
From the large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue fireplace you can look out over the beautiful Carinthian landscape and your holiday can begin. Our house comfortably accommodates four people. We would be happy to receive your booking from May to October!

Location and surroundings of object
In the heart of Carinthia's lake district, near the Wörthersee (Velden 9km) and the 4-Keutschacher Seental (7km), surrounded by beautiful natural landscape is our house in the district Penken, 4 km from the center unbalanced blank removed. It is 660 meters high in a small cottage area, very quiet (no through road) in the forest and altitude in cycling and walking paradise. Shopping and sports facilities, restaurants, banks and beach resorts can be found in the near surroundings.

additional information about rental price:
| Utilities (electricity, water, oil) and the Wörthersee-Basis-Card with free admission to selected lidos are included in the price. Added to this are 48 euros for final cleaning and 2.60 euros visitor's tax per person per day (children under 17 free). Bed linen and towels must be brought along. In the high season: rentals from a minimum rental length of one week, arrival and departure day is usually Saturday. For rentals of less than one week, arrival and departure days are charged in full. |

The state capital Klagenfurt, with its beautiful old town and many other attractions and shopping, there are only 25 km. Similarly, in the Draustadt Villach with its thermal baths. In almost all tourist offices can be a Kärnten Card for 2 - Buy 5 weeks. So you are endless excursions and experiences.

Simply beautiful.
We were pleasantly surprised, the house is nicely located in a quiet area. The furnishings are very cozy and very clean. Everything you needed was available. Nothing was missing. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended accommodation
Very cosy and well equipped holiday home in a quiet but central location. From the terrace you have a great view of the Carinthian mountains. In a few minutes by car you can reach several beautiful bathing lakes. We felt very comfortable and will gladly come back.

Well-maintained holiday home in the mountains with stunning views
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Carinthia! The rooms were spacious and the house was lovingly decorated. In the vicinity, there are various opportunities for swimming and hiking.

Ideal accommodation for summer holidays in Carinthia
Very personal, fully equipped, quietly located, clean, and well-maintained house with a great view of the surrounding mountains that leaves nothing to be desired. Excellent value for money, never found anything comparable in over 20 years of vacationing in Carinthia.
