The studio is located in a detached single-family house built in 1975, was renovated in 2022, and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated in the village centre. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the garden and its quiet, sunny location. Available for shared use: garden furniture.

Siófok. The studio is located on an enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalt). Parking (for 1 car) on the property and on the street in front of the house. There is an EV charging station in the locality (200 m). A bicycle rack is available.

Central heating (gas). Fan. Children's toys, cot, highchair, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron, ironing board, washing machine and tumble dryer. TV reception via antenna. TV channels only in the local language. The accommodation has hypoallergenic pillows.

Bathroom (5 sqm) with bathtub with shower attachment, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
