The holiday flat is located in a detached single-family house built in 1975, was renovated in 2023 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated in the village centre. The residence is also popular due to the view from the property over the garden and its quiet, sunny location. For shared use are available: garden furniture.

Siófok. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (tarmacked). Parking (for 1 car) on the property and on the street in front of the house. There is an electric car charging station in the locality (200 m). A bicycle stand is available.

Central heating (gas). Fan. Children's toys, cot, highchair, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron, ironing board, washing machine and tumble dryer. TV reception via aerial. TV channels only in the local language. The accommodation has hypoallergenic pillows.

Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
