The house, built in 1992, is located in a private domain, on a dead-end street, absolutely quiet and only about 200 meters from the sea. The complex comprises a total of 8 houses, surrounded by a lot of greenery, grouped around a spacious pool. On the entrance level, there is an open single room (sofa bed), as well as a double room. The ground floor consists of the living area with a balcony to the front, a single room, a shower room, the conservatory (dining area) with a fireplace, and an open kitchen to the living room. Towards the slope and thus to the rear, there is a spacious terrace with garden furniture and a small, planted garden of about 80 sqm. The upper floor offers a double room, a comfortable tub bath on two levels, a loggia with views of the pool and the surroundings. In the basement, you will find another double room, a shower room, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, including ironing equipment. Up to a maximum of 8 people can be accommodated in the house.
The furnishings are high-quality, well-maintained, and comfortable. The bathrooms are new. A large flatscreen is available. Unfortunately, a grill cannot be provided. You can swim in the pool of the complex (water quality tested annually with the "Blue Ribbon" quality seal), as well as in the approximately 5-minute walk away, clear lake. 200 m away from the sea. There is a small sandy beach and a beach restaurant where you can rent loungers and parasols. The next larger section of the beach is about another 800m away.
It is about a 20-minute drive to St. Tropez, or you can take a ferry from Les Issambres or Ste. Maxime and enjoy a refreshing boat ride. New air conditioning.

Location and surroundings of object
Where the Cote d`azur is not yet fully built, close to the sea (200m walk) you will find tested clean water, a park-like environment. Nice airport, 1 hour Ste. Maxime port, 10 min. St. Tropez 30min. Very well accessible with the Bateaux vertes from Ste. Maxime. All facilities and sports easily accessible: Tennis, golf (3 courts within 15 minutes), sailing. All shops available in km. Ste. Maxime is very well maintained, with a charming harbour promenade and a variety of entertainment throughout the year. The hinterland is rustic and invites to discover the Gorges du Verdon (canyon with torrential river). Cannes and Nice offer mondainen flair.
Markets and flea markets offer plenty of variety.
