The holiday home is a semi-detached house and rustic and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture.

Krk, district Krk. The holiday home is located on a closed garden plot, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property.

Air conditioning / heating: air conditioner. Air conditioning is included in the price, this is a rational use required. Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (salt water, heatable, 2,5 m x 5,00 m, depth 1,3 m, for sole use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to the end of October.- The use of our swimming pool is at your own risk. Keep children under constant supervision.

Lower floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds. Storeroom with In the storage room is a washing machine. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 sink, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed on couch/sofa.

Everything was fine with the accommodation, nice and clean, the location was what we expected.
Equipment complaint: there was no toaster, the wi-fi was very weak and there was only one toilet in the three-story house in the basement.
The price is a bit high, but unfortunately this is true for the whole of Croatia.
