01Wonderful days in the old mill on the Schlei
The four of us stayed for a week in the apartment in the historic mill tower, which was furnished with a lot of taste and love, and we would have liked to have stayed longer, because there is a lot to see in the immediate vicinity. The contact with the landlords was cordial; no wish was left unfulfilled.' The flat is great and the surroundings offer a lot to see and do. Tip: be sure to bring bicycles or rent them there!
02 A very tastefully furnished holiday flat.
I stayed with my daughter for 10 days in this very nice holiday flat. Unfortunately we were unlucky with the weather and could not use the beautiful south-facing balcony. Since this holiday flat has 2 bathrooms, there were no problems with the morning and evening toilet. We felt very comfortable there and recommend this holiday flat with a clear conscience. The landlords, the Krapohl family, are also very, very nice.
03A completely successful holiday
What else is there to write? We (2 people) can only agree with the 5-star ratings for this holiday home. Everything is really as positive as described and advertised. We spent a wonderful week in the Wormshöfter Mühle, in the very lovingly and tastefully furnished flat. Everything was very clean and well maintained and left nothing to be desired. During this holiday we only had great weather, so we made beautiful trips to the surroundings (Kappeln, Arnis, Schleswig and Flensburg). But we can also imagine spending a good time in the cosy mill when the weather is bad. In the mornings and evenings the flat was always well warm. The landlords looked after us very nicely before and after our holiday and gave us lots of tips. We can unreservedly recommend the accommodation at any time! We will remember this beautiful holiday for a long time. We would have liked to stay longer, but the flat was already rented to the next guests
04Beautiful days over Christmas and New Year's Eve
For the second time we stayed with 4 persons (2 adults, 2 children (9/12 years)) over Christmas and New Year's Eve in Wormshöft. The flat is bright and friendly, very clean and well equipped. Due to the large dining and living room, there is enough space for 4 people even in winter. A real luxury is the second bathroom. The view of the Schlei is wonderful and on mild days we sat wrapped in blankets in front of the door. The flat can be heated well and the energy flat rate (paid in advance) covered the costs. Krapohls are wonderful landlords. Very friendly and helpful. Our days in the north were so relaxing and restful for all of us that the family council unanimously decided: We will come again. We can warmly recommend this flat to everyone.
05Very nice flat in an excellent location
In October we, two adults and one child, spent 11 days in this stylish and very practically furnished flat. Large living and dining room, cosy bedroom and a small children's room for our daughter. The furnishings are as described by the landlords. Everything is super. The old mill is a great starting point for wonderful walks through forest and meadow to the sea or along the Wormshöfter Noor to Maasholm. As the days were already quite cool we had to heat in the mornings and evenings. Two radiators in the living/dining room quickly spread a pleasant warmth that lasted for a long time even after the heating was switched off. Despite the constant use of the heating, we got back almost 50% of the electricity costs calculated in advance. Probably a sign that the flat is very well insulated and thus also offers a suitable holiday destination in the colder season, Schleswig Holstein in winter
06Individual accommodation in a charming location
For our short autumn holiday, my wife and I found a tastefully and thoughtfully furnished holiday flat in Scandinavian style, which had already been recommended to us by friends, and in which we immediately felt at home. We enjoyed the quiet location, the bright rooms and the wonderful view directly onto the Schlei and even some more sunny moments from the covered terrace. The extremely charming area, the nearby beaches (about 30 minutes walk) at the Baltic Sea and the wonderful nature reserve "Die Birk" at the Geltinger Bay did the rest and offered us good hiking opportunities. We supplemented these walks with visits to the town of Kappeln (shopping in the supermarket),

A nice piece of jewelry that has aged.
The holiday apartment is spacious and roomy, but also showing signs of age.
There is a lack of storage space and no storage for bicycles.
The apartment is beautifully located by the water; however, a road needs to be crossed to access it. The Baltic Sea can be reached by bike in a few minutes. The village of Wormshöft is a good starting point for various excursions.
Regarding cleanliness, we were disappointed with the standards. This was communicated to the landlord accordingly.

Recreation at its best
Dear Krapohl family,
we spent a very relaxing 8 days (in October 2021) in your holiday flat and unfortunately the time passed far too quickly. We enjoyed it very much and after every day of our holiday with lots of nature and culture, we were looking forward to "our" beautiful and cosy home. The equipment of the accommodation is super, the furnishings are very tasteful and correspond to the photos shown. The contact and helpfulness from you was always very friendly and pleasant. very tasteful flat
Dear family Krapohl,
we felt very comfortable in your beautiful, tasteful and super equipped flat. Unfortunately we could not use the beautiful roof terrace because of the weather, but we enjoyed the fireplace all the more.
In front a great view of the Schlei and in the back touching views of deer, wild boars and pheasants in the blossoming rape field. On the day of our arrival, after a first exploration tour in Maasholm, we sat in a beach chair in the sun at the Raub restaurant and ate plaice. What a luxury in pandemic times...
The surroundings are wonderful for cycling and walking - the vastness, the water, little traffic - balm for the soul.
We will definitely be back!

Cozy apartment with fireplace, even on colder days.
The apartment with fireplace is perfect for relaxing and reading on colder days, with a view of the water. I must say that we had excellent weather with sunshine every day over the Christmas holidays in 2019. This meant that daily beach walks were a great option.
The fireplace is really wonderful, heating the apartment quickly and effectively (we never needed the electric radiators), and giving a great atmosphere during the cold season. Otherwise, the apartment has everything you need.

Tolle Ferienwohnung
The apartment absolutely corresponds to the description and has been furnished with a lot of attention to detail! Nothing is missing, so even rainy days can be spent comfortably! The location allows for interesting excursions in the surrounding area, gastronomically one is well catered for in Maasholm and fresh fish from the cutter in Kappeln can be prepared excellently in the holiday apartment! The beautiful apartment is recommendable in every respect without any restrictions! The contact with the landlords was always warm and helpful.
