Description
The house is located in the Posesi area, in Medulin. The apartment is my own and you have the entire 1st floor at your disposal. The apartment has 2 beautiful bedrooms with large box spring beds.
You have a large bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. A hairdryer is also available for your use in the bathroom. The separate kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine (filter and capsules), toaster, microwave, and electric kettle.
In the living area, the gallery, you have a couch (can be pulled out into a sofa bed) as well as a television with satellite TV and air conditioning. In total, you have 5-6 sleeping options.

Location and surroundings of object
The beach in Posesi reach in about 2-3 minutes comfortably on foot. The large sandy beach and the harbor promenade of Medulin can be reached via the beach promenade. You will find there restaurants, cafes and bars in large numbers.
In Medulin several supermarkets such as Lidl, Plodine or Konzum. Fresh bread rolls are also served at the various bakeries.
Pula with its large amphitheater and its famous weekly market can be reached by car in 10-15 minutes. Alternatively, just hop on the bus and get back to Pula and back without stress and parking. (one stop is about 5 minutes from the house)
If you want to bring your bikes, Medulin offers a number of marked cycling routes. You can also rent a bike on site if required.
In the excursion areas of the Kamenjak National Park with its beautiful beaches or to the bays of Liznjan, Sisan you can also start from here easily and quickly.

Holiday
We spent our vacation from September 30th, 07 to October 23rd in Medulin. The weather was fantastic and we were still able to swim. It wasn't crowded at that time, which we really liked. It took less than 5 minutes to walk from the apartment to the water. The apartment was very well-equipped, especially the balcony with a sea view was a dream.
The landlords Ludmila and Roland were super nice, gave us many tips, and always had an open ear for us.
Thanks again to Mila and Roland, we will definitely come back. Renaldo & Carmen

Absolutely recommendable
We have to say in advance that this flat and the hosts are unbeatable
The flat is very clean and offers enough space for 4 people. The air-conditioning makes for a pleasant stay in the flat even in high temperatures
Since every window and door is equipped with fly/mosquito nets or doors, you can also open all windows and doors at night and sleep in the cool sea air
Mila and Roland are incredible. We were warmly welcomed and they always had an open ear for us
Their tips on restaurants and sights in the region are worth their weight in gold. Especially the tips on when to visit these places were top.
In conclusion, we have to say that everything was top.
Thank you very much for a great holiday.
