The house has a total of 8 apartments of which are 4 large apartments and 4 small apartments.
The small apartment has 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen and 1 sofa bed in the large living area, and a terrace. The apartment is located on the upper floor of the house.
The house is almost new and has its own entrance for each apartment. It is very nicely decorated. Here you have a general barbecue that can of course be used.
You are here about 100 meters from the beaches in Posesi away. The sandy beach can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot over the beach promenade.
The harbor promenade with its restaurants and cafes is about 2 minutes away.

Location and surroundings of object
The beach in Posesi is within easy walking distance. The large sandy beach and the harbor promenade of Medulin can be reached easily along the beach promenade. Restaurants, cafes and bars are available in large numbers in the area.
Also for shopping is provided in Medulin, you have several supermarkets such. Lidl, Plodine or Konzum. Fresh bread rolls are also served at the various bakeries.
Excursions can be started easily from here. Pula with its large amphitheater and its famous weekly market can be reached by car in 10-15 minutes. Alternatively, just hop on the bus and get back to Pula and back without stress and parking. (one stop is about 5 minutes from the house)
If you want to bring your bikes, Medulin offers a number of marked cycling routes. You can also rent a bike on site if required.
In the excursion areas of the Kamenjak National Park with its beautiful beaches or to the bays of Liznjan, Sisan you can also start from here easily and quickly.

In Fazana, or the National Park Brionian Islands, with its unique flora and fauna is about 15 minutes drive. As, the cultural center of Istria, the port city of Pula is called.
