This is a well-equipped, allergy-friendly, non-smoking vacation home that accommodates 5 people and a toddler/baby for a cozy North Sea stay. The vacation home is one of the few detached houses in Aidapark Tossens. The vacation home has a living/dining area with a fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, TV, and a toddler extra bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a sleeping stool, TV, Wii console, and play area, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a small storage room. Included are 3 satellite TVs, radio with CD, Bluetooth and USB (living room), microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee makers (Senseo, filter machine), water and egg cooker, blender, toaster (kitchen), small child extra bed with changing mat, high chair, ironing board, iron, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, board games, books, and free Wi-Fi (separate usage agreement required).
Pets are not allowed. The house features a modern gas heating system and is rented out year-round.
The holiday home includes a spacious private meadow, a large furnished terrace with a table and chairs, a beach chair, and loungers. Additionally, there is a barbecue and fire pit, as well as a standing ashtray for smoking on the terrace.
A beer tent set, a handcart, and various play equipment for the large garden (soccer goals and balls, boules, ...) are also available. ) are also available for free, careful use.
Additionally, there is a garden shed where brought along bicycles, strollers etc. can be locked up.
The garden is completely fenced or surrounded by a dense hedge.
Directly in front of the house, there is a parking space for a car.
