Cozy A-frame house on a grown-in and fenced property, complete, modern furnishings, underfloor heating on the ground floor in the dining and couch area as well as in the kitchen and bathroom, free Wi-Fi, smart TV, radio, DVD player, dining area with 6 chairs, sofa set
Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a double bed with a continuous mattress measuring 160 x 200 cm as well as two separate children's rooms, each with 2 beds of 90 x 200 cm. One children's room is situated at the back, separated towards the garden; the second children's room is a walk-through room with a separate new skylight including blackout blind. The staircase can be fitted with a child safety gate if needed.
Fully equipped kitchen: Nespresso machine and filter coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, etc. Bathroom with shower and WC
A total of 400 m² fenced property with extensive amenities for a relaxing and enjoyable family holiday: In the garden shed, in addition to a charcoal grill, a handcart, garden toys, and beach toys are available. For spending time in the garden, there is a sun umbrella and a sun lounger. For dining and sitting outdoors, a 6-seater dining table on the terrace invites you. For short distances, 2 paved parking spaces are located directly at the house. If you don't want to miss out on the beach chair feeling at home – we now also have a cozy spot with a beach chair right in the front yard for you to relax!
We now also have a wallbox directly at the house for convenient charging of hybrid and electric vehicles.

Simply great
We felt very comfortable in this house and were able to fully enjoy our relaxing vacation!
Absolutely recommended, especially for families with children, very family-friendly and child-friendly furnished, everything you need is there :)

Our stay in June 2019 was wonderful. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed exploring the city.
We were only in Damp for a week, in this beautifully furnished house of the Welzbacher family. We didn't miss anything at all, everything needed for a successful stay is available. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the days. The Welzbacher family was always available to us. Just awesome. Thank you!!!

Schönes Ferienhaus
We were there for 2 weeks and we didn't lack anything, except for air conditioning. But the surrounding area and the accommodation made up for that. Everything we needed was there. The beach and shopping facilities were not far away. Very nice landlords. We can only recommend it.

beautifully equipped and furnished holiday home
The holiday home offers everything you need for a holiday at the Baltic Sea! It is located in a quiet settlement, a 15-minute walk from the beach. It is lovingly and tastefully furnished, very clean and spacious. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and 2 further bedrooms with 2 single beds each. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, there are boxes of children's toys, books, many extra pillows and blankets, 3 bicycles and a beautiful small garden behind the large terrace. The landlords are extremely nice and were always available. We would love to come back!!!

Beautiful holiday home, lovingly decorated
We stayed at this holiday home for the second time this year and would book it again anytime. It is a real "feel-good place" for the whole family.
