The holiday apartment is located in a house built in 1968, renovated in 2008, and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a lively area, in a residence, in the town centre. Available for use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture. The washing machine and the tumble dryer are located in a communal room in the accommodation building.

Bibione. The holiday apartment is located in a residence, on a 7000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. Access is via a track (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Air conditioning, electric heating. Heat pump heating. Cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), safe, washing machine and dryer. TV reception via antenna, satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to mid-September, 13 m x 7 m, 1.50 m deep). Paddling pool.
