Welcome! This great, spacious & comfortable olive grove farmhouse offers superb views over The Leaning Tower & city of Pisa, just 8kms away. It is one of two houses available on the estate. They have big rooms, cool furniture, verandas, sun terrace & great decor. On site is a fabulous salt water pool, ample lounging area plus a poolside shower that pours out of an olive tree!! Top pizza oven! Great wi fi. With a soundproofed on site recording studio - just ask !! Near to good beaches & the historic cities of Pisa, Lucca & Florence.

On site we have a great salt water swimming pool. On site we have a beautiful olive grove which offers great walking in nature. La Lucertola is in the midst of an area of outstanding natural beauty. Bird watching, hiking, old castles, great opportunities for photography or painting, and getting back close to nature.
Pisa, with her world famous & iconic Leaning Tower, is just 20 minutes away and clearly visible from the houses, sun terrace, swimming pool and olive grove.

We really enjoyed our stay at Luisa's place !
Luisa and Collin were super friendly in welcoming us and providing recommendations around town. The house was a bigger than I was expecting, we felt like we had ample space for our group of 5. There was a well-stocked kitchen, with nice touches like some homemade olive oil. We really enjoyed making pizzas on the wood fire oven. I only wish we came during a time of warmer/dryer weather! As other reviews have stated, be prepared for a steep drive up the hill to get here but it is worth it - the views - amazing !

This place is great!
This place is great! The views are amazing, and the pool is lovely. House itself is very clean and tidy and has all necessities needed. Everything went very smoothly from the check-in to leaving. Collin and Luisa were helpful if we had any questions. You do need a car to stay at this accommodation, but the views are worth it. They are just brilliant. Pisa is near and so is Lucca and the big supermarkets for food shopping in those towns. The restaurant at home option is also very nice experience, so we can recommend that too. There was plenty of space for 5 of us and the garden and pool area are really nice and cosy. Outside is nice dining area for those lovely evenings in Tuscany, and we did make the most of it…and the pool. All in all, we had wonderful stay and we would recommend this place. And again, the views are just breath taking!

Breathtaking views of Pisa from the villa.
Breathtaking views of Pisa from the villa. The drive getting there is steep and narrow but you soon get used to it. Luisa was a great host and super helpful. The children could not get enough of the pool! Great place to stay, as convenient for Lucca and Pisa. Also easy drive to Florence which is about an hour away.
