Villa Venka is a comfortable two storey house with four parking spaces and a large pool on the plot. On the ground floor there is a beautiful living room with pool and garden access, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a double bedroom with a shower, a separate toilet and a storage room and a large lobby. On the ground floor there are four spacious double bedrooms, two bathrooms with bathtubs of which one is massaged. Two bedrooms have access to a large balcony. The house is equipped with 6 air conditioning units. In a garden that extends over 6ooo square meters, there is an outdoor grill house. The exterior is furnished with quality furnishings, with six deck chairs and a jacuzzi for 5 people. Numerous entertainment facilities, such as table football, table tennis, a children's playground with trampoline, football pitches, badminton and volleyball net and basketball basket are located on the pitch. Six bicycles are available for guests.
