New bathroom with shower/WC. Two terraces, one at the entrance is covered. eight with garden furniture and view of the garden and second terrace 15m2, which is very private and not visible, equipped with garden furniture, sunshade and two loungers. The parking space is in the courtyard of the house. By the communal pool in the garden there is also the cozy covered barbecue area and pavilion. The heated pool is open for use from April to October. A lockable bicycle storage room is included in the rental price.
