The cottage is situated in a splendid position on the edge of the "Sunclass Bungalows" holiday park with fantastic views of Lake Garda and the Monte Baldo mountains. Parking lot directly opposite the house approx. 5 m away.

3 bedrooms, 1 of which with double bed, 1 single bed, 1 sofa bed for 2 persons

Please note: Smoking only allowed outside the house

Living/dining area: round dining table with 4 chairs and additional seating. 2 sofas plus coffee table.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is quietly situated at the edge of the resort.
Heated swimming pool (approx. 25 m x 10 m) with children's section, slide and paddling pool is available to guests of the holiday facilities free of charge. Pool attendants take care of the swimming pool area. Sun loungers and umbrellas available. Free sunbathing lawn and children's play equipment as well as table tennis and garden chess. In the summer months July and August also with children animation
Mountain bike rental with helmet at the bungalow administration.
Surfing and canyoning as well as tennis and golf are ideally available.
Various restaurants and shopping facilities in Gardola approx. km away. - Also a German speaking doctor and pharmacy.

Many hiking possibilities directly from the house to the surrounding area. Excursions to the Lake Garda region such as Monte-Castello etc. highly recommended.
Electric bikes can be rented on the beach in Gargnano, as well as sailboats, surfboards, standup paddles, etc. Scooters can also be rented in the surrounding area. Rafting and climbing forest is also available in Gardola. Motor boats can be rented in Gargnano or Maderno.
Distance to the beach at Lake Garda in Gargnano approx. 9 km
Plenty of variety by trips to Verona (including visit to the opera) , Venice , Mantua and many other destinations . Information material can be found in the bungalow administration and also in the tourist information centre in Gardola at the post office. There is also a travel agency with Omnisbus excursions to the near and far region.
Reception of the key at the bungalow administration during the usual office hours. If you arrive later, you will find the key at the reception office door
Registration at the reception the next morning is required by law !
The kitchen is fully equipped and basic food and cleaning supplies are also available. Please take crockery, cutlery and BBQ grill yourself again. This is not included in the in the
Take garbage out of the house on your own to a garbage container (garbage separation). Remove dog hair yourself.
Arrival and departure: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday in high season. Off-season also other days
Municipal fee ( ital. imposta soggiorno ) € 1,50 per day per person from the age of 14
Please be so kind as to water the garden and, if necessary, mow the lawn around the house. Thank you. I'll take care of it
