Beautiful, cozy holiday home with 3 spacious bedrooms. 600 sqm enclosed garden.
2 bedrooms are located on the upper floor (including a children's room) as well as a bathroom (with bathtub/shower and WC).
1 bedroom (1.60 x 2.00) is located on the ground floor, opposite there is the second bathroom renovated in 2025. (large shower, WC)
2 WCs in total in the house.
Large and cozy dining and living room with beautiful wooden furniture, TV and reading corner with German and French channels. DVD player, stereo system, games and German books.
Internet connection & Chromecast, telephone.
New kitchen in March 2019.
Washing machine, dryer.
It is pleasant to have breakfast outside on the terrace in the garden behind the house.
In the afternoon you can enjoy the sun in the front garden on the large terrace until late in the evening.
In 2017 we invested in a retractable terrace roof.
Garden furniture, deck chairs, Weber gas grill are available. From the kitchen, you can go directly into the garage. It is large and is ideal for storing just about everything; whether it’s groceries or beach gear.
Laundry can be hung behind the house or in the garage.
The garden is completely fenced.
You can park your car on the property.
There is information material about the sights of the area in the house.
We leave cleaning supplies, spices, oil, vinegar, etc. in the house.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located at the entrance of the Le Cabellou peninsula; this belongs to the town of Concarneau, famous for its old town "Ville close" and its harbor, but also because of Commissaire Dupin!
The films are shot on our peninsula.
Nearby are Quimper, Fouesnant, Bénodet, Pont Aven.
The house is 150 m from a sea bay. Very romantic for hiking.
And about 600 m from the sandy beach.
In 2 minutes on foot you can reach 2 bakeries and other shops. In a 2-minute drive you can reach the Intermarché supermarket. German discount store also nearby.
So an ideal location: many things are within walking distance: the bakery in the morning, the beaches, the old town for the restaurants or an evening performance in the amphitheater or the weekly organic market! But also much more.
The location and the area offer a very pleasant combination between relaxing (in the garden or in an idyllic bay on the peninsula) and sightseeing. Through the many seasonal cultural offerings of the Office de tourisme; be it the traditional "Festnoz" (Breton festival) in all the small harbors of the area or the numerous galleries in the town of Pont Aven, where Paul Gauguin stayed for a long time (12 km away)... or a little stroll in the beautiful city of Quimper: no chance to get bored, there is something for everyone.
The athletes are not left out either. Ideal starting point for various activities: bike tours, hikes for kilometers along the sea (15 minutes on foot to the "Ville Close") directly from the house, golf courses, sailing trips (we provide a mooring for boats up to 9 meters), water sports.
Opposite Cabellou lies the Les Glénans archipelago: take the daily ferry from Concarneau. Insider tip!
You must not leave without having spent a day on Les Glénans. The water has the color of the South Seas and the sand is very white. Special bird species can be observed there.
Ideal for swimming, sunbathing, pure nature.
Further tips nearby are the two river branches "Aven" and "Belon".
In Rozbraz or Pendruc, have an aperitif and watch the fishing and sailing boats chugging in or out. Beautiful!
(Don't hesitate to try the famous Belon oysters!)
