2 bedrooms are on the upper floor (incl. children's room) and the bathroom (with bathtub/shower and WC).
Completely new beautiful bathroom since March 2018.
1 bedroom ( x ) is on the ground floor, opposite there is a separate toilet and 1 separate sink.
2 WC´s altogether in the house.
Large and comfortable dining room with beautiful wooden furniture, television and reading corner with German u- French. Programs. DVD player, stereo, games and German books.
Internet connection & chromecast, telephone.
New kitchen in March 2019.

It is pleasant to have breakfast outside on the terrace in the garden behind the house.
In the afternoon you enjoy the sun in the front garden on the large terrace until late in the evening.
In 2017 we invested in a sliding terrace roofing.
Garden furniture, deck chairs, Weber gas grill are available.
From the kitchen, you come straight into the garage. It is large and is ideal for simply accommodating everything; be it the shopping or the beach things.
Laundry can be hung behind the house or in the garage.

We leave cleaning agents, spices, oil, vinegar etc in the house.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located at the entrance of the peninsula Le Cabellou; this belongs to the city of Concarneau, famous for its old town " Ville close " and its port but also by the commissioner Dupin !
Nearby are Quimper, Fouesnant, Bénodet, Pont Aven.
The house is located 150 m from a sea inlet. Very romantic to hike.
And about 600 meters from the sandy beach.
In 2 mn walking distance you can reach 2 bakeries and other shops.
In a 2mn drive you reach the supermarket Intermarché. German discounter also nearby.
So an ideal location: many things are within walking distance: the baker in the morning, the beaches, the old town for the restaurants or an evening performance in the amphitheatre or the weekly organic market! but also much
The location and the area offer a very pleasant combination between resting (in the garden or in an idyllic bay of the peninsula) and sight seeing.
The many seasonal cultural offers of the Office de tourisme; be it the traditional "Festnoz" (Breton festival) in the whole small harbour of the surroundings or the numerous galleries of the city Pont Aven, where Paul Gauguin stayed for a long time (12 km away)...or a small stroll in the beautiful city Quimper: no chance to get bored, there is something for everyone.
The athletes don't miss out either.
Ideal starting point for various activities bike tours, walks for miles along the sea (in 15mn on foot to the "Ville Close") directly from the house, golf courses, sailing trips (we provide a buoys court for boats up to 9 meters), water sports.
Opposite Cabellou is the archipelago of Les Glénans: take the day ferry from Concarneau. Insider tip !
Under no circumstances may they leave without having spent a day at les Glénans. The water has the colour of the South Seas and the sand is very white. There are special bird species to be observed there.
Ideal for bathing, sunbathing, pure nature.
Further tips in the vicinity are the two arms of the river "Aven" and "Belon".
Drink an aperitif in Rozbraz or Pendruc and watch fishermen and sailboats chug in or out. but beautiful!

additional informationCancellation and abortion
1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the beginning of the rental period without naming a new tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the deposit will be forfeited.
