The cottage is designed for up to 4 people, the kitchen includes dishwasher, sink, 5 burner gas hob, oven, worktops, built-in cupboards, fridge and fully equipped (crockery, pots, pans, glasses mixer, coffee machine, etc.). The kitchen-living room is equipped with a large round table with 5 chairs, fireplace, HiFi system and a selection of CDs. The large bathroom includes: shower, bathtub, washbasin, bidet, WC. The guest bathroom has a washbasin and WC. Location and surroundings of object
The cottage is 8km from the sea and motorway. 40km to France, border town to Monaco, 100km to Nice,100km to Genoa. The hill belonging to Comune Dolcedo is called Colle Lupi, which apart from the villas and gardens is mostly covered with olive trees, and the whole area is terraced with an incredible number of stone walls.

Perfect oasis in the middle of nature
I spent 4 weeks in Casa Gialla and felt very comfortable. everything was there. the house was handed over in a spotlessly clean condition and the parking possibility directly at the house is very pleasant, because this is not a matter of course in the ligurian hills.
On the surrounding terrace you had a great panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding medieval borghi,which was very romantic especially in the evening when the lights were on.I also really enjoyed the outdoor shower surrounded by lots of greenery and the gnarled olive trees.
It feels like living in a light-flooded studio integrated into nature.
Despite the large floor-to-ceiling windows, you have absolute privacy and, thanks to the fly screens, a pleasant indoor climate in summer.
It was perfect and I can only warmly recommend it.
Imperia and the beaches are only 15 minutes away.
There are plenty of hiking possibilities all around and it was possible for me even in high summer.

beautiful oasis for relaxation
A beautiful house, which is furnished with much love and lacks nothing. The huge garden is a dream and a place of peace. Perfect starting point for hikes or bike tours, but also for days at the beach or trips along the coast.
