The Holiday home

This new built Penthouse on the 6th floor offers a large, equipped balcony with amazing views to Marsalforn and distance sea-views. This Penthouse is artfully designed and will measure up to everybodies expectations indeed! The size of the Apartment is approx 110m² Comfortable living and dining area and fully fitted, modern kitchen, leading to this special balcony. This 2-bedroom apartment for max. 4 persons offers one double bedroom and another with 2 single beds. Two separate showerrooms/toilet.

Location and surroundings of object

At the seafront and its promenade (approx 200m by feet) you find several Restaurants - some best of the Island - cocktail bars and Cafés. Supermarket nearby. Marsalforn, one of the most popular holiday resorts on the island. In summer it throbs with life- but still a great time to go on holiday. A beach of sand and small pebbles is backed by a promenade which runs right round the head of the bay, providing a pleasant place to stroll at all times of year and a traditional summer evening gathering place for local families and visitors alike. Nice places for swimming - most of them are rocky, but often plane and smooth, with ladders to the sea. Attractive places for swim are also Qbajjer Bay (5-10 min walking distance only) and Xwejni Bay (approx 15min by feet). These are also good places for snorkelling. In summer months Marsalforn has a bustling atmosphere, outdoor Events and excellent bathing and snorkeling round about Marsalforn Bay, Qbajjar Bay and Xwejni Bay. In Marsalforn are settled several diving centers, "Atlantis Diving" in the same complex of Hillock Residence. We cooperate with Calypso Diving - interesting discounts for our clients.

Including all extras - including Air Conditioning / heating!
Maltese Eco tax for all tourists € 0,50 per person per night – up to a maximum of € 5,-/person - collected cash by the owner.

In case of a booking, you have two options in order to cover any damages: pay just € 29,50 per party by credit card for the breakage waiver which covers accidental damage or loss of equipment. This non refundable fee, will cover for accidental damage up to € 300,-
Or – provide a fully refundable security of € 400,- by Visa or MasterCard to cover any involuntary damage.

If you will stay 5 or 6 nights only, the owner will charge a slightly higher price. Please ask

Cancellation terms:

100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before arrival day.
50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before arrival day.
If the customer declares his/her withdrawal even later or does not travel at all, a compensation of the total invoice amount is due. In all other cases of non-arrival or early departure, no refund of the lease rate paid is made.
