Elevated, on the small hamlet of Ghammar, in the north-west of the island of Gozo, lies this small complex with four independent, exclusive holiday homes with pool, which leave nothing to be desired for the discerning guest. Each of the villas offers a particularly beautiful view of the surrounding area as far as the sea. Privacy in each of the villas. The houses were built with original Maltese sandstone and, together with wooden beamed ceilings and some round arches, give them a special characteristic touch. All guests also have free access to a small fitness studio and a sauna in the complex. In the colder months of the year, the villa is heated by underfloor heating - an exceptionally pleasant comfort factor for properties in Malta. Private car park at the complex.
Spacious, bright living, dining and kitchen area with large windows overlooking the swimming pool, the terrace and the impressive landscape. The fantastic, equipped pool area with sun loungers, table and chairs and a gas barbecue is the perfect setting for a wonderful holiday. Separate guest toilet. A traditional stone staircase leads to the first floor, where there are three bedrooms - each with its own bathroom - one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. Two of the bedrooms also have balconies and particularly beautiful, elevated views.

| Prices include all additional costs. Maltese Eco-tax for all tourists older than 18 years, € 0,50 per person and night - up to a maximum of € 5,- This tax is paid to the landlord on site. The landlord uses a dynamic pricing system. The prices quoted here are therefore for guidance only. Special cancellation conditions. Please enquire. A mandatory, fully refundable deposit of €200 for up to 6 adults and €400 for 7 or more adults is required and will be charged to the credit card on file. This amount will be automatically refunded within 7 days of departure. The landlord has 48 hours after departure to inform the guest in writing of any damage or missing items. |
