Large kitchen-, dining- and living area with direct access to the nice balcony (approx 6 sqm), which is well equipped with table & chairs, inviting for dining and relaxing.
The living area is furnished with comfortable sofa and armchairs, including Sat-TV. Well equipped kitchen, including combined fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee-machine. Washing machine available.

Location and surroundings of object
Victoria is the capital town of the island of Gozo. The name Victoria, locally known as Rabat, was given to the medieval town of Gozo in 1887 in honour of the famous British Queen's Golden Jubilee celebrations. At the same instance, the town was also raised to the status of a city; then officially known as Citta' Victoria. The centre of the capital city of Gozo is Pjazza Indipendenza, known as it-Tokk. The lively square is dominated by the Banca Giuratale, built between 1733 and 1738, formerly the seat of the municipal government of Gozo and presently of the Victoria Local Council.
In the mornings, there is an open market that shares the square with several open air cafes. The magnificent St.George's Basilica is located in the centre of the old town, just off the open air market in Pjazza Indipendenza. The cobweb of narrow streets around St. George's Basilica are the oldest in town and are worth a walkaround.
Approx 1km to the centre of Victoria. Busstop and Supermarket just nearby. Largest sandy beach "Ramla Bay" approx 5km distance (bus service in season)

Cancellation terms:
- 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before arrival day. 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before arrival day. If the customer declares his/her withdrawal even later or does not travel at all, a compensation of the total invoice amount is due. In all other cases of non-arrival or early departure, no refund of the lease rate paid is made.
