Modern small terraced house in Oasis de Capistrano cheap directly from the owner on site - in Nerja near the Burriana beach. Your landlords live in Nerja themselves for most of the year.
The cottage is situated at a similar altitude only about 2 km from Nerja's centre and the beautiful old town. And only 600 m as the crow flies from the sea, you will find it in the wonderful holiday resort Oasis de Capistrano - with a California feeling with its many tall palm trees.

Sporty people can reach the Burriana beach on foot via a dirt road in less than a kilometre.
You can enjoy the sea view from the terrace and living room every day. The pool is usually open all year round, even in winter you can often enjoy sunbathing by the pool.

Your 52 m² holiday home is open and very spacious for these dimensions. It also boasts a large, sunny south-facing terrace with awning, sea view and tasteful furnishings.

Inside there are 1 bedroom (and a high quality sofa bed in the living room - 140x200cm), bathroom with large shower, fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, glazed fireplace and underfloor heating throughout.

Further equipment: 2x air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, 2x satellite TV with all German channels, Netflix paid by us, Spotify free of charge, music system etc. complete the excellent equipment.

Of course you have your own internet directly in the house - with unlimited flatrate and WLan - that is free with us. It's even quite fast, as it's a fibre optic connection.

The bedroom offers a large wardrobe as well as a safe and of course underfloor heating here too.
The PVC turn/tilt window is equipped with fly screen and roller shutter.

You sleep in a good spring core double bed and 2nd German TV mounted directly 'in front of your nose' on the wall opposite - and/or if you are three or four on the good sofa bed in the living room.

In the living room you will find the dining table with 4 chairs, the fitted kitchen with all the trimmings, the stylish corner sofa and the large flat screen TV with Netflix. You can listen to music here via an internet radio with additional USB connection and Bluetooth.

The beautiful, large indoor bathroom with washing machine is built with a large real glass shower cubicle. In addition to a bathroom cabinet and a modern wall cabinet, you will find many hooks and bars for your towels. The exhaust air system works very well.

The fitted kitchen is really extensively equipped - with modern quartz top (Silestone), 2 fridges with freezer compartments, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, Senseo pad machine, blender, lots of crockery and good pots etc etc.

Location and surroundings of object

Your beautiful holiday home is only 600 m from the sea as the crow flies. A sandy path leads from the entrance to the house to Burriana beach in about 970 m. You can take this path if you are good on foot and without a pram etc., as a bit of the path is a bit rough. But the beautiful pool area and the large children's pool are also a bathing paradise. You will find a lot of sunbathing areas with grass where you can sit down. In season with lifeguards for your safety. Oasis de Capistrano is one of the most beautiful resorts on this part of the coast. Very well maintained with numerous tropical and Mediterranean gardens and lots of greenery and lawns. Fish pond, the aqueduct right next to it (visible from our terrace) and almost uncountable tall palm trees.

The picturesque centre of Nerja, one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on this side of the Costa del Sol, is not far away. Oasis de Capistrano is not far from 2 large supermarkets and offers everything a holidaymaker's heart desires. A beautiful beach with many chiringuitos nearby and the location in Nerja with the picturesque original old town bordering the famous Balcon de Europa and all tourist amenities.

A little to the east, everyone can also choose their favourite natural beach, from naturist coves to pebble beaches. Here, between Nerja-Maro and La Herradura, are the most beautiful natural beaches in the area, about 10 to 15 minutes by car, in the Cerro Gordo nature reserve.
