Description
Living room has satellite HD LED TV, DVD/CD player, Wi-Fi and router. We also provide for our guests DIGITURK and DSMART TV programs in all of our rentals to enrich their entertainment time. The big kitchen features gas/electric and induction hub, BBQ, dishwasher, toaster, fridge, plenty of tableware, coffee machine, wine cooler.
Spacious villa apartment with creative comforts and stunning sea view in Selimiye, the neiborhood resort of Marmaris. The Villa is located in the town center but in a quiet, natural peripherial.
Hot water is supplied from sun collector system and from an electrical boiler in the master bathroom. In case of occasional water shortages in the summer months, the complex comprises several underground and above ground reserve water tanks with a capacity of 25 tons of water.tableware, coffee machine, wine cooler.

Situated in the Southern Aegean coast of Turkey, Selimiye is 39 km. south of Marmaris and is 130 kms. from the Dalaman International Airport.
Situated in the green and mountainous periphery of Marmaris, Villa Manzara® is located 60 m. above sea level in the hills with a beautiful panaroma of the Selimiye Bay and the surrounding almond and pine covered mountains from where cool breezes bring relief even during the hot summer months. The whole area is ideal for walking or mountain biking. Our guests particularly enjoy the walk over the hills to Bozburun, the waterfall around Turgut and the climb to the small fortress overlooking the village.
The restaurants, beaches, supermarkets and central attractions are only 5 minutes walking distance from the Villa. As Selimiye is located in the middle of several resorts and villages at a circumfeance of 10 kms, the sorrounding beaches and restaurants are accessible by municipality public transport.
The highlight of the area is the daily boat tours either departing from the lakelike Selimiye bay or the docks of Bozburun town (10kms) to the inlets and islands for swimming and snorkelling. Our frendly captains are also masterchiefs for seafood and provide topnotch service.
Historical ruins of Roman, Byzantium and Ottoman era are an integral feature of the locality just as the the beautiful inlets and islands which are encountered during the daily boat trips.
The Villa has a large garden with comfortable recreational facilities such as wooden garden furniture, long chairs, parasol, Barbecue nights in the garden are often arranged and if requested, we offer breakfast and specialities of the region at dinner.
One can always find fresh vegetables, fish, eggs, meat and village bread. Every Wednesday, there is a big marketplace in Selimiye and we have a friend in Turgut who sells special hand-wowen textiles.
The whole area is ideal for walking or mountain biking. Our guests particularly enjoy the walk over the hills to Bozburun, the waterfall around Turgut and the climb to the small fortress overlooking the village.
Small tours or excursions to the environs, i.e. waterfalls, Datca/Knidos, Bozburun yatch harbour, and to the nearby historical ruins adds immeasurably to your appreciation of the history, landscape and culture with which you come into contact.
Our guests also choose to take the minibus to Marmaris for more sophisticated shopping or visit Bozburun where you can see traditional wooden gulets being built. It is also worth exploring the interior of the Peninsula. There are waterfalls close by, with trout restaurants where the tables are set in the river. Right up in the mountains you will find the picturesque village of Bayir which is the place to buy honey and pistachio nuts.
Boat trips are the highlight of a visit to Selimiye. The coastline is so stunning and the water so clear that a trip to deserted island for a barbecue lunch and a swim in a secluded bay is sure to be a memorable experience.

Wonderful hosts
Hasan and Nuran are really wonderful hosts, who helped us with tips on where to go, what to visit - and they know the surroundings very well. They even booked tables for us in the best restaurants in Selimiye, which are normally absolutely full.
We were really happy staying there, the house is lovely.
