A four bedroom unit (3 double, 1 single) accommodating up to seven persons. It has a big iroco wooden terrace for dining and sundecking. Two bathrooms with hairdryer and washer is a convinience. And the comfortable living room easily accessed from the kitchen by an archway has two sofas , satallite and D Smart TV-HD, Stereo DVD/CD, Wi-FI,and an open fireplace. The spacious kitchen is suitable for inside diningwith a six seating table; comprises gas/electric owen hub, microwave, ,refrigrators/freezer, BBQ, dishwasher, toaster, fruit juicer and plenty of quality tableware. Also ceramic cooker, robot, coffee and tea machines. There are adequate linen, towels, blankets, extra pillows, bed covers plus full kitchenware.
Every room has hot and cold split A/C, winter heating apparatus, books, board games, fishing and badmitton equipment. There are wooden furniture, long chairs, parasols in terraces and around the pool whereby a pergola contains coffe table and chairs.

Selimiye is 40 km. south of Marmaris and is circa 140 kms. from the Dalaman and Bodrum International Airports.
For anyone looking for privacy in wonderful rural surroundings, Villa Manzara is acknowledged to be the place set amongst mature almond, orange and fig trees in a big garden overlooking the bay of Selimiye. The area is rich with Helenic, Roman and Greek ruins and two nearby castles. The daily boat trips to islands and bays for snorkelling and swimming is the highlight of the destination.

The Villa has a large garden with comfortable recreational facilities and Barbecue nights in the garden are often arranged. Upon request we offer breakfast and specialities of the region at dinner.
One can always find fresh vegetables, fish, calamari, eggs, meat and village bread. Every Wednesday, there is a big marketplace in Selimiye and we have a friend in Turgut who sells special hand-wowen textile.
The whole area is ideal for walking or mountain biking. Our guests particularly enjoy the walk over the hills to Bozburun, the waterfall around Turgut and the climb to the small fortress overlooking the village.
Small tours or excursions to the environs, i.e. waterfalls, Datca/Knidos, Bozburun yatch harbour, and to the nearby historical ruins adds immeasurably to your appreciation of the history, landscape and culture with which you come into contact.
Our guests also choose to take the minibus to Marmaris for more sophisticated shopping or visit Bozburun where you can see traditional wooden gulets being built. It is also worth exploring the interior of the Peninsula. There are waterfalls close by, with trout restaurants where the tables are set in the river. Right up in the mountains you will find the picturesque village of Bayir which is the place to buy honey and pistachio nuts.
Boat trips are the highlight of a visit to Selimiye. The coastline is so stunning and the water so clear that a trip to deserted island for a barbecue lunch and a swim in a secluded bay is sure to be a memorable experience.
The buses to Bozburun and Selimiye can be a mode of transportation as well as taxi and minibus services from Marmaris. The village is one of the most relaxed and friendly spots in a country renowned for its friendliness. Traditionally, the locals have made their living from fishing, farming and boat building, and these activities still govern the rhythm of life in the village.
You can get lunch or dinner in one of the water side restaurants or enjoy the evening in an exotic bar. Alternatively, do some exploring at the outskirts of Selimiye. Selimiye village has a lot of pastoral features like the farm animals you can touch and play with.
As Selimiye is located in the middle of several resorts and cillages at a circumfeance of 10 kms, the sorrounding beaches and restaurants are accessible by municipality public transport.
The highlight of the area is the daily boat tours either departing from the lakelike Selimiye bay or the docks of Bozburun town (10kms) to the inlets and islands for swimming and snorkelling. Our frendly captains are also masterchiefs for seafood and provide topnotch service. Alongside this there are other sea activities such as boating, kayaking, waterski, diving and sailing.

Historical ruins of Roman, Byzantium and Ottoman era are an integral feature of the locality just as the the beautiful inlets and islands which are encountered during the daily boat trips.

A perfect house for a perfect holiday
With its location, cleanliness and stylish decoration, Villa Manzara cannot disappoint you. You'll be provided with great care and hospitality. We were a group of 6 (couples), and we all had our privacy. The common areas were spacious as well and the kitchen was fully equipped We'd love to come back.

Villa Manzara
The house we stayed was wonderful with the scenery and location. It was within walking distance to the center. Our hosts were great. They helped us find good boat trips and recommended very nice restaurants. We could use all the amenities in the house, we didn’t need to buy anything.

Place of peace and beatuty
